The drinks aren't consistent, but the Staff is very friendly and 9/10 times, my drinks are great.

After using my bday gift card I was handed a cup that was dented in the top & obviously the lid didn't fit but was so full it spilled just trying to get it in the cup holder. Not only did it scald my leg but ruined my carpet & interior seat & was promptlythrown out. A complete lack of empathy from the manager. Won't ever be back.

The staff and the manager are so rude, worst location I've been too. Not professional at all, this location is dirty and smells horrible. I won't recommend it. The manager is the rudest between the staff.

Usually don’t do these, but Corey really made me feel listened to as a customer today. There was a misinterpretation on our end, I explained my concern with Corey. He listened, explained calmly, and clarified everything for me. I was with Starbucks for 4 years in the Seattle/Raleigh areas. This is the model behavior Starbucks preaches about. I’m a 34 yr old male writing a review. He’s AMAZING

Very kind and warm baristas with fast service. While enjoying my food and drink I was disrupted by a loud family and their screaming baby but had that resolved by a kind barista ! Thanks for making my experience here great ❤️

The team at this Starbucks is incredible. They’re so efficient and friendly. They know their regulars well and even when they are slammed they all seem to have a positive attitude and work together to get through their rush.

There was a slight mix up, my fault, and they were very nice about it and straightened it out quickly. It is also a nice large location that is very clean with great hours.

Very rude staff. We have always placed our orders through the mobile app. It gives them more time to start the order, then if we were arriving and just ordering at the window. Also, everytime we come, there’s usually an empty line or one car in front of us. Lately, for the past month the one staff member in specific has been very rude every time we come. We didn’t get her name but she has shorter curly hair, glasses and always wears a hat. She always says, We just got that order about a minute ago(even when it was actually longer than that..) and it’s going to take longer than just 2 minutes to make your order. In a rude tone of voice. Completely unnecessary. All she needed to say was we got that order and we’re currently working on it and you can pull forward(any other staff will say just that…)

We went today and she took it upon herself to tell us at the window If you could just give us more of a heads up to make it because it does take longer then 2 minutes, that’d be great. In her rude condescending voice… Very uncomfortable when we are just stopping to get coffee. We never had this problem before when we’ve used the app to order for years. We will not be coming here again after being treated that way.

I've been a regular customer of this Starbucks location for over twelve years. And I've frequented many of the Starbucks in the Triangle area, but this one is my favourite. 🥰
It doesn't matter if the line is wrapped around the building to Moes, the staff keep it moving and get you on your way.
The breakfast menu is great, cake pops are my fave, and when the holidays come, I love all the old classics.
It's rare that my order isn't accurate. And if there's an issue, it's quickly and politely corrected.
Not too long ago, I got a tall Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino from the Glenwood Ave location. I didn't take a sip until I got a few miles down the road. The drink didn't taste right. On my home, I stopped at this location and explained what happened and asked if they'd be willing to remake the drink.
Without hesitation, they remade me a grande and apologized for a mistake they didn't make.
That's five-star service ⭐️ ☕️
