If you’re going to have an attitude fine… but have my order right. Clearly said hot chocolate and you still gave me coffee.

Most, if not all Starbucks I've been to can never seem to get the order right or be consistent with the amount of syrup pumps etc. or if they do they're usually rude. This one however gets the order right EVERY TIME!!! And they always have a great attitude. Best one around IMO! :)

This is the best Starbucks location in the Wake Forest/North Raleigh area. There are about 3 other Starbucks closer to me, but I would much rather drive a little farther to come to this location, because I consistently have good experiences.
The drive-thru is always fast; the staff have always been so friendly and welcoming; my orders are always correct and I feel like the drinks taste the best here.
One issue that other Starbucks in the area seem to have frequently is running out of items, but I have never had that happen here. I’m sure it does happen from time to time, but I can honestly say that the times I have been there, they always have the items I’m wanting to order.
I will continue to choose this location as my preferred Starbucks! And a big thank you to all the staff for making quality drinks and providing friendly service.

Don’t do mobile order at this location, they seem to have something against it. You’d get faster service if you just told them your order. With mobile order they make you wait longer to prove a point or will ask you to re-enter the drive thru once you “get notified its ready.” But you rarely get notified. Also if they would have just took your order at the drive thru it would have been ready at window but because it was a mobile order I have to re-wait in line at the drive thru?
It was a calming break to sit outside, no close traffic, with plenty of parking and seating. It was not rush hour but it was there when and where I needed it.

The barista- IZZY- was laughing at me on the walkie as she rolled her eyes at me. It was very rude behavior- I would use other choice words, but I wanted people to know what happened to me. The barista proceeded to then call my husband's name and threw my drink across the counter rolling her eyes again. I am very displeased with this service and expected more from such an establishment because I have had such pleasant experiences with the manager at this store as well other baristas. The other barista was very kind and thanked us for our purchase. It felt very genuine.

The app says this location closes at 9pm but at 845pm last night I was told they were closed. That was after sitting in line behind others in the drive thru and then at the speaker without response so rough estimate at 840pm or earlier they were closed. Lovely waste of my time.
Coffee was cold, it’s a waste of money.

Not sure why Starbucks cannot blend açaí tea without handing me a “frozen” tea that is just a cup of tea that was never blended with ice. It’s an açaí tea icee/slushy so it’s not that difficult. 🤨

Previously. I had a great experience at this location. Apparently the staff has changed, this new batch has ensured that this location will no longer receive my money. If there were more options I’d cut ties altogether. Apparently I have to wait on my drinks and if I’m not prepared to pay or it takes a moment to load on the app this somehow inconveniences them. Funny thing about food service is your being paid TO SERVE! I forgot to say “almond milk” in my frap as well ( I get it that’s annoying) but you’re paid to NOT show that! Perhaps someone should inform IZZY in the drive thru of this! They’re more worried about socializing with each other than making sure they provide a great experience. That USED TO BE what Starbucks was about.
I’d suggest the location by 98 and the cookout! At least if they’re faking it. You can’t tell

I’ve been to every Starbucks in the Wake Forest area, and this one is by far the best. The employees are genuinely friendly—they greet you the moment you walk in and know many customers by name. My drink is always made exactly right, down to the details. You can tell the team here cares. There are a lot of sweet, hardworking people behind the counter. Starbucks is lucky to have them.
