This location only had 1 barista today and everyday I go in and can’t get their drinks made with in a reasonable amount of time. I waited 25 minutes for two lattes and I was second in line. As I was waiting, the line filled up with about 15 people. I had to leave without getting my money back because no one would help me. Do not go here if you’re in a hurry.

I placed an order through Uber eats to pick up and deliver to me. Simple order, oatmeal, with 2% milk and blueberries. I did not receive the blueberries and I did not receive a spoon. How am I supposed to the eat oatmeal?

Horrible experiences there not once, but twice. I now refuse to patronize! Baristas filled my cup with steamed cream and coffee and the lip of the cup was all bent. The coffee spilled all over me...the young lady offered to remake, but again chose a cup with the bent lip that was obvious. When I attempted from outside to say "Please do not give me the same type of cup, it is defective" I was accused of shouting. I called to report to management and left a message.. crickets! I have taken my daily business elsewhere...Biggby, the Coffehouse in Youngsville, and other Stsrbucks! It appears thst this location is not interested in identifying and correcting situations that could improve the 6.60 cup of coffee and croissant experience. Management did not even have the decency to return call, no one in a service driven industry is that busy.
Staff was very nice and welcome you on your way in, felt comfortable even though I usually don’t in others, great customer service.

What can I say, another Starbucks, haha? It's a decent one. People friendly, store decent size, clean, attractive, bathroom clean. Espresso drinks were good, typical Starbucks quality. High prices as usual. This is not my regular Starbucks, just a stop off the highway, on a trip.
