The mobile order service at this store is very slow. After placing my order, I waited for 15 minutes. There weren’t many in-store orders, yet the preparation process was also quite slow. When pouring hot coffee, the staff spilled some outside the cup and didn’t wipe it off before handing it over.

I wish this store hadn't changed. So tiny now. No trash cans in waiting/standing area. No napkin station. Wait is aways so long and people are just standing, waiting. Today, my drink wasn't right. I ordered it extra hot. I waited while they made it. It came out luke warm

This is absolutely MY FAVORITE Starbucks to go to I love the way they make my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe and I love the people who work here. Not only are they sweet and very outgoing, but they also know their regulars that come in everyday and they remember what they order and they just have good customer service all around and I wouldn't go to another Starbucks because this will always be my favorite one and the workers will always be my favorite kind of people that work in customer service! ❤

We've been here twice, and both times, customer service has been exceptional. Our drinks have been perfectly done(most of our drinks have special requests or substitutions)
The only negative I see is no restrooms and no tables.
Please keep hiring gentlemen like the ones in this location, definitely an asset to Starbucks.
