Starbucks

Had one person making drinks and another just cleaning and staring at guests. While there was like 10 people just waiting for drinks.

The staff is always patient and kind even when I ask silly questions. I carry the weight and stress of my management job with me which leads to me double checking and verifying everything. They always answer my questions with a smile and set me at ease. It has not gone unnoticed, ty.

Walked out after waiting for someone to take my order mcdonalds in the same parking lot were able to make me an iced coffee in about 30 seconds

Doc is amazing. He is very attentive and helpful and I think he makes a great asset at Starbucks! Please come to this location!

Sydney was our batista, and was amazing! Greeted us with a smile and whipped up our food with the rest of the team they had there. I love the service and would come back and recommend.

I asked the cashier about their sugar free options and he laughed and said “black coffee” I asked about their syrups to see what options they might have available and he said I don’t know but I’m sure you can look it up. He was very unwelcoming and unpleasant I ended up getting food but didn’t get a drink

The cashier told me that they did not have sugar free options yet that is what I always get from this location. The service from the cashier was unwelcoming and unpleasant.

I go here on my way to work and this morning I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for, a latte or a chi tea. Doc, the barista who took my order, made my day! I allowed him to surprise me and he not only made me a delicious dirty chi with brown sugar and cinnamon, he said the drink was on him. This Starbucks is very welcoming with a great environment. Thank you so much Doc! I appreciate you.

Had the Pistachio Latte, grande, decaf, extra shot, long shots, extra pistachio syrup (on the house) bc I couldn't taste the Pistachio, probably due to the extra shot and long shots. Very good! But too expensive. Thankful I had points to get it free! Love the Morrocroft store!

I never share or comment but twice in one week I’ve ordered a coffee from this location and it’s been awful. Two different baristas and both have been so watered down. I’m a Starbucks girl l, but sadly this is a waste of money.

My wife and I do not consume this brand but, we were there to purchase gift cards as our granddaughters loved this place. From the last visit prior to this visit we noticed that Starbucks remodeled this place by gutting out the inside of the facility by doing a complete makeover. It's brighter and very clean. We did not see a seating area. Maybe this is due to the location of a Starbucks in the Harris Teeter store around the corner which has a seating area.

The mobile order service at this store is very slow. After placing my order, I waited for 15 minutes. There weren’t many in-store orders, yet the preparation process was also quite slow. When pouring hot coffee, the staff spilled some outside the cup and didn’t wipe it off before handing it over.

I wish this store hadn't changed. So tiny now. No trash cans in waiting/standing area. No napkin station. Wait is aways so long and people are just standing, waiting. Today, my drink wasn't right. I ordered it extra hot. I waited while they made it. It came out luke warm
