Please hire better employees and over staff on Sunday. Every time we place an order here we regret it. I figured their remodel and fancy mobile screen would come with better efficiencies. Wrong. Still inept here. Waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order we put in 40 minutes prior. Ridiculous.

Always reliable. Hate the redesign and taking away of seating. Really didn't have the Starbucks charm anymore.That said for Mobile pick-up you're definitely getting your order more quickly.

Justthey ruined the best parts of the store. No seating, no atmosphere, just collect the cash as fast as possible and get you out.My order wasn't even right, but it was too much of a hassle to get it fixed up.If you really want starbucks, my recommendation would be to pick a different location.

I asked 20 minutes after ordering about my order, they said it was really backed up. 10 minutes later I asked again and they lost my order. The woman making the drink was rude and didn’t apologize for the mistake. I am never going back to that location.

This used to be a great coffee shop when it had seating. It has been remodeled and no longer offers that option which makes it cold and unwelcoming. The service has declined as well. There are normally 3-4 people working and no one looks happy at all. No one seems to know what the others are doing. Every time I go there customers are leaving upset because the had to wait too long or their order was wrong. I visit Starbucks quite a bit all over the U.S. and normally get the same espresso beverage. It is not near as good when made at this location. In fact, I got home and threw away my drink. It appears to be an unprofessional and unhappy environment which it was not before. I will sadly not be returning.

This is seriously the worst Starbucks in the history of all Starbucks. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. They once locked the door but left there mobile order on holding our order hostage with no way of getting a refund.They recently did a remodel of the store. I hoped that it would get better. It has gotten much worse. They need to fire the manager.Mopping a floor shouldn't consist of using a Starbucks pitcher, pouring the soap on the ground, and splashing it everywhere then pushing it around.
