Absolutely terrible service. I walked up to the counter with three people working. None of them acknowledged ,greeted ,or said good morning!! It was as if I was invisible standing there for several minutes. Finally the person at the register looked up still not saying anything. I proceeded to order a decaf. They don’t have decaf, he said. So I ordered a regular coffee. The regular coffee was not fresh. It came out of a CARAFE. Very weak tasting. This is not the Starbucks level and quality I expect. I am highly disappointed and will never visit another Starbucks in a target again.

sitting in the back chitchatting while a line formed outside, i asked for 2 chocolate croissants and only was rung up for one (dont think she was listening), and waiting for my single chocolate croissant a target worker walked up to get food and the lady sets my food on the counter and he goes to grab for it like it was his.

Workers were judgey and rude. I ordered a pumpkin spice with no ice, and they filled it half way. They also had an attitude about it and were whispering and gossiping amongst each other, I’d love to give a description of these people so if the company reaches out I will do that. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I generally tend to be forgiving but the way I was treated is ridiculous. This happened today September 25, 2025.

The atmosphere is inside a Target store. Customer service was great. Had Latte, earl grey tea, and regular coffee. All created very nice. Used points for purchase. All handled very well
