I ordered what I always order on the mobile app and they gave me the wrong thing (hot not iced) and said they wouldn’t fix it because it’s what I ordered even though the order says light ice. Then they didn’t put enough cream and wouldn’t even give me more to put in. I’ve never had a Starbucks experience like this and I am a frequent customer.

All of the baristas are so sweet (Aurelius, Felix, Damien to name a FEW ; i'm bad with names but I would die for you ALL). they always remember my name and are so so sweet with me and my friends. there's a particular seat i like and they'll even come and let me know when it's open. also they have taught me how to properly order bc the thing i was getting was not what I wanted and i didn't know how to fix it — now my order is perfect every time !!!! the music choice is good and the atmosphere is great as well.

The menu is typical Starbucks. The atmosphere is much improved since their summer remodel. It's a good place to meet up for conversation with a friend. Warning: this is a difficult in and out in a vehicle.

I went in at 7:58. The mobile app was down. I spoke with the gal at the counter and she wouldn't come take my order or friends. She proceeded to clean the coffee machine and told me they didn't have coffee bc they broke the machine down bc they close at 9. Poor service and just wow.

I usually get coffee and a bagel on Sundays after church. This time, I ordered to stay and enjoy in a real cup...I am all about saving a tree when I can. I found a table to sit at while waiting for my order to be prepared, When it was finished, the barista brought it to me. I just wanted her to know that it was very nice of her to go the extra mile and that I appreciated her for that. I enjoyed the atmosphere here in Durham and Raleigh so far. It's been really friendly here.

This Starbucks says they recycle but THEY DO NOT. Otherwise good place, but have a labeled "recycle bin" that goes to landfill.

Not your traditional review ... but when I was in a truly desperate situation (lost in a city I didn't know, broken down car, dead cell phone, pouring rain, blah and blah) this little Starbucks was a heavenly light on the hillside.
Charged my phone well enough to get myself sorted out while sipping the most glorious double espresso ever wrought by human hands.
