I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Starbucks on Strickland Street today.
We went through the drive-through and asked for a Babyccino (the free toddler drink made with steamed milk). Instead of simply saying they don’t offer it, the employee taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly insisted they only had “pup cups for dogs,” cut me off while I tried to explain, and spoke over me to take another customer’s order.
When I calmly explained that this is a common Starbucks item and even listed online, she abruptly said, “I’ve worked here six years and I’ve never heard of it. Here’s your drink. Have a great day,” — in a very hateful tone — and completely dismissed me.
If this location doesn’t offer Babyccinos, that’s fine — but there is no excuse for being rude, condescending, or disrespectful to a customer who is simply asking a question. Customer service should be kind and professional, especially when families and children are involved.

Carmel ribbon crunch and my wife’s birthday special made drink Java chip Frappuccino were perfect! I’ve been too hundreds of Starbucks in the last 5 years and hate them all! Service is poor and the stores dirty and uncomfortable.Have not been to this one in years and will definitely return!

Everything about this place is awesome!!! Not sure why anyone would give a poor review to this place. I have been coming here regularly for years and they never go below 5 stars in service, product, cleanliness, energy levels, friendliness etc. If a concerned Starbucks executive is reading this review, please give this location a special award!
I did not like this location at all!!!! Drive thru was horrible! The person taking orders was speaking so low I could not hear her so she only got half my order so I left it like that she didn’t even bother to tell us that they didn’t have strawberries for the pink drink so when I got to the window the cashier didn’t even greet me like they normally do she told me the price and had her hand out already to take my payment didn’t go over my order and was not greeted at all. I will not be coming to this place again. My pink drink had no flavor and I asked for light ice had the whole cup of ice and no strawberries plus rude cashiers

I love the staff here. They’re all so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are ensured satisfaction. On top of that, the manager is wonderful and she has a great team. Props to this Starbucks!

I got just a regular Lemonade and it was so sour and took a pretty long time to make but I think as sitting outside in a huge storm and it kept me dry and it was pouring really hard so that was good
