Always good, always fast.

I went through the drive thru at 9441 Strickland Rd Raleigh at a little after noon Saturday 4/19/25. Got a Venti White Mocha (Hot) coffee. When the young man at the window handed it to me, he was careful to do it from the bottom of the cup, I took it the same way and put it in my cup holder. When I was on Strickland Rd, I grabbed the cup from the middle of the cup to take a drink, the top then popped off, and coffee went everywhere. All over me and the inside of my car. I pulled over to the 1st stop I could find, trying not to let the coffee burn me in the meantime. Luckily, I was not burned, but now my clothes and interior of my car were covered with 1/2 a cup of hot coffee. I called that Starbucks to report what happened and the manager says they are aware of the problems with the cups and lids, that it is an ongoing issue. She apologized extensively. I asked why they didn't tell me when I ordered it, she had no answer. I asked why they let that dangerous situation go out their drive thru window, she had no answer. She offered another free coffee, I said why, so I can get dumped on again by this same ongoing cup / lid issue. It will be a long time before I ever go back to a Starbucks again.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks!
I’m not sure what has happened to this Starbucks in the last month or so but the staff is incredibly rude. I’ve noticed new faces and it’s not the old crew. Horrible customer service. Messing up orders is somehow the customers fault..? Waited inside for over 25mins for 1 drink.

Manager has the courage and Business acumen to be open during the storm. Providing coffee and food for customers while all other coffee and bagel shops are shut down!

At approximately 359, I rolled up to the Starbucks window with the wind blowing and the weather outside. You could barely hear the attendants taking the order. When I express concern about it, they brushed me off as if it was not a big issue which to me is poor customer service. If I can't hear you, how in the world you gonna be able to take my order? With all the money that Starbucks makes on a daily, surely you can get that machine and might fix so that the customers can hear the attendants at the window to me, it just makes no sense.

Purchase coffee at this location about 2-3 x’s per week until now. Customer service is hit and miss.

** New go-to Starbucks is now in Stonehenge location.**

On January 2nd at 7:18 AM, my husband ordered a tall soy latte through the drive-thru and brought it home for me. When I opened it, I noticed the cup was only two-thirds full. Upon tasting it, I realized the coffee was extremely watered down—there was no discernible coffee flavor, and the soy milk tasted diluted.

I called and spoke to Stephanie, who explained they were experiencing machine calibration issues that morning. If that’s the case, why were they serving drinks at all? Additionally, it doesn’t explain why my drink was only two-thirds full.

To make matters worse, they said they couldn’t issue a credit and instead insisted I come back in person to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and quality is incredibly disappointing and is part of the reason Starbucks seems to be losing its edge. It feels like they no longer prioritize the quality of their products or customer experience.

This is one of the warmer/cozier locations so I wanted to give this more stars than maybe typical for a Starbucks. The service, despite the often waves of crowd was very efficient and friendly. Not a place to get much food but the pastry was edible.

I am so frustrated. Did Starbucks stop making white chocolate mochas? On top of getting my order wrong by giving me hot chocolate when I went back to get the correct drink, the guy mouthed off to me by saying I whipped around and scared him. I turned around at the Exxon. I was not at Starbucks. As If mouthing off to me about my driving wasn't enough, he mouthed off to a co worker about me and she laughed...so I was handed another hot chocolate. Spiteful. I guess they knew I wouldn't go back after the way the cashier talked to me so they thought it would be funny to give me another hot chocolate. It wasn't worth it as I had to wait an unexcusable amount of time to give my order and receive the first hot chocolate. Maybe the barista doesn't know there is a difference between hot chocolate and the white chocolate mocha??!! Terrible attitude. Don't take it out on me because you are at work. If it is so bad, find another job. I am glad the new Starbucks on Six Forks is open. They will get my business from now on.

I visit this location a couple of times a week. I always go through the drive thur, but this morning, I decided to go inside. The staff inside is very rude. You speak to them, and they don't acknowledge you. The women making the coffee said something smart to her coworker. This is just not somewhere i will spend my miney with no many other options around. I will not be returning, especially now that they have one down the street with better service and friendly staff.

As much as I come here . I was very disappointed today. I usually come in and it’s usually busy. I expect it to be a wait time. However, the fact I was there 10 minutes and know one acknowledge me even after things slowed down was very disappointing. Even when I called out for help. The lady was nonchalant about it. Very sad day.
