I ordered a Chai latte Grande, a smoked bacon and egg sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. I had Uber Eats pick up order to find out when delivered all I received was the Chai Latte. Called Starbucks and was told they made a mistake they didn’t complete the order. That is not a resolution and there was no empathy etc. I am out of 15.00 because I have a tip and there was a service fee. Uber only settled for the food. I will never visit or order from this store.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a protein caramel latte, and it was accidentally made hot instead of iced. As soon as I mentioned it, they immediately offered for me to keep the drink and made me a new one—no arguments at all. Everyone was happy, smiling, and genuinely welcoming.
