If there was a 6th start for service, I'd give it one. There was a wonderful young lady working there and she was so so nice to my kid. He was having a tough night and she made it better. I don't know her name, she is black with short locks in her hair. She deserves a MASSIVE raise.

This location is so slow. 30 minutes for a regular coffee is crazy. Iâve been here three times and each time itâs equally slow.

I am just writing to say that when you put this address into Google it leads you to the wrong side of the building so you kinda have to scratch your head to figure out where the actual entrance is (FYI itâs behind Red Robin and as I was experiencing my own frustration by this I saw one of the poor Starbucks employees explain where the entrance is on the phone to a customer)
To whoever has access to this Starbucksâs Google account: Please plot the location correctly on Google to avoid any confusion đđ»
The people who serve make the coffees are disrespectful, in my order they gave me the wrong coffee and they told me that it was the same only hot when I had ordered it cold!!

I have given up on this location. The staff is pleasant most of the time but the service can be EXTREMELY slow, sometines waiting 20-30 minutes for a single drink. I usually order a cold americano, 4 pumps of vanilla, no ice. This time of year I trade out the vanilla for pumpkin spice and sometimes I get the cold foam as well. After waiting 20-30 minutes for a relatively easy drink to craft, one could assume that it would at least be made correctly/completely. 95% of the time I order from here my drink is missing something, it's packed full of ice, and/or the drink is so sloppily made that the cup is either completely wet or sticky all around. The staff needs training on putting lids on the cups and presentinga clean product. I challenge Starbucks to watch the camera that is trained on the pickup counter on a Saturday morning. Count how many people have to wipe their drinks before leaving, readjust the lid, or return their wrong drink. Pretty sure there's a opportunity for improvement. There is another Starbucks in the Harris Tetter down the street that I goto now and every drink I have received there has been 100% correct and 100% delicious!!
I hope this place can turn it around but I'm not sticking around for it to happen.

Horrible, the wait was way too long and I was never acknowledged when I came in. I am assuming because of the way I look. I was on an Uber eats order picking up but I had to cancel due to the excessive wait time and no one even asking me for help. I would steer clear from this Starbucks.

I ordered my mobile order at 7:00 am. I received a notification that my order was ready. It never came out. I asked the barista about my order he said they never received it when I already had my banana bread for over 20 mins. A gentlemen made my oat milk shakes espresso with MILK. I had to go back and nobody apologized. Micahael the manager had an attitude and remade my drink. But after me waiting 20 mins nobody had any compassion or empathy. They just acted like robots. Itâs sad how the experience of Starbucks has been reduced to an experience equivalent to McDonaldâs.
Lina is such a great person she help me when another Starbucks didnât make my drink properly and they made it perfect because I always get half decaf because of my heart. Thanks a bunch for your great customer service!

Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of gluten-free options ranging from drinks to their sous vide eggs. However, you should be mindful of cross contamination if you are very sensitive.

I come to this location regularly and the customer service is extremely lacking. I donât have an issue with longer wait times, especially considering the congested Brier Creek area
Hereâs the issue: your staff doesnât acknowledge customers when they walk in. Today specifically, I stood in line for more than 5 minutes while I watched the staff laughing amongst themselves and having full on conversations. Another team member was directly in front of me (behind the counter) stocking food items onto a carrying container. Not once did she stop to address me or even make eye contact. A simple âhey Iâm sorry Iâll be right with youâ would have been great! Or she could have stopped to take my order as I was the only person in line at that time. Another team
member was behind the counter, on her break (I assume) but having a conversation and laughing with another team member. She could have asked âsir, have you been helped?â She too, avoided eye contact and continued distracting her teammates who were working to catch up on orders.
Next, a woman came from the back to take my order to which I responded, âfinally and thank you.â She cut me off to say âbefore you order, itâs going to be a 15 minute wait.â
Too late for that. I let the team member knowI had no issue with the long wait. It was the lack of customer service and bad optics from her team.
As stated, this is my experience every single visit so itâs only appropriate I point it out.
