Drinks and service are always very good! But there is a small drain on the exterior, right by the entrance, that causes a dip in the concrete. Unfortunately my elderly mother tripped on this dip and I just wanted to warn everyone to be careful when walking in and/or carrying your drinks outside.

Do not expect to get anything you ordered online in time. I had to wait 20 extra minutes because they forgot to print a sticker for me. Then they never called my name out to let me know they finished my order.

Nikki needs to stop flirting with Michael while on the clock. Wasted my time chatting with her coworkers and never acknowledging that there was a customer waiting. So rude. If it wasn’t for her other coworker who was kind enough to come off the line and help me when she noticed I was waiting for about 5 minutes while not being addressed I would have probably left.
