Why stay open until 7 if you clean the machine at 630 so cant serve coffee past that time.

Unacceptable. Barista took 20 minutes to make my order and I was the only one there at the moment + her excuse was that the oven isn’t hot enough. I don’t mean to be rude but it’s 6:40am… you open at 6am so shouldn’t it already be hot enough?!?! To make matter even worse, my order appeared as if it were ready and my drink wasn’t even half way done + the sandwich hadn’t even been toasted. This has happened 2 times.

One of the baristas ignored my fiancé while he was standing at the counter waiting to get checked out. She was just sitting at he cash register in front of him and did not acknowledge him at all. Another customer came up and then she acknowledged that customer, checked them out, and still did not say anything to my fiancé. We did speak with the manager and she was apologetic but the barista seemed very dismissive even when fiancé tried to speak with her to get checked out.

As everyone knows the Starbucks system is as punctual and reliable as ChicFilA and even better using the app ahead of time. I love their seasonal options but my fave is a Venti skim no water chai latte with an extra pump of chai.
