Never again! Visited from out of town on a Saturday morning only because was convenient to our route for event. Daughter visits Starbucks regularly she travels extensively and knows the menu back and forth. I wasn’t familiar with menu wanted something cold either tea or freshner. Every flavor or choice I would request “ we are out of that, color will be different, don’t have that etc. After several minutes of telling me what they didn’t have I said why don’t you pick out something you do have. Fortunately daughter bridesmaid did get what she ordered I never received anything, just a great reminder of why I should never go to Starbucks. Absolutely worst service ever! Be warned.

It was the worst experience we had, the cashier forgot to write down our order and when we reminded her, the barista took the blender, I whip it against the sink and angrily made the order

They’ll make you wait in line for 10 minutes and then when you’re at the front of the line and ready to order, will take a target pick up order for someone that hasn’t arrived yet. Don’t waste your time with this location.

It is the worst experience of my life. I just arrived at this Starbucks today Tuesday April 11 at about 11:20 AM - 11:27 AM, it was a very long way from my house, it seemed like forever. And I realized that in this Starbucks there is no lobby with tables or chairs where I can sit. There are many closer to my house. And better than this.It is the worst experience of my life. Update your hours you guys close at 8.30 sometimes 8 make up your mind and update your hours. You are not open until 9 stop false advertising and wasting people's time thanks.

They said it closes in 30 minutes and said a no to any food saying the oven is off. Didn’t say anything else until I ordered a frap a couple of minutes later when they said they aren’t doing those either! Why not close early then instead of keeping it open and serve nothing!
