Got kicked out recently by the Harris teeter stalker like mangment Bruce GM here for spending 8hrs in the cafe broke 0%nc laws did not interfere with harmony of this location I will never forget it or spend anything money investment wise here or Harris teeter I will be boycotting this place and this Starbucks cause of my treatment and false trespassing from here Starbucks policy allows you to use the cafe if conducting official buissness affairs here the Starbucks location does not honor avoid here go to food Lion or peace street Starbucks instead.?????

I don’t often leave reviews but today Evan provided the friendliest customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks in a Harris Teeter so I had to extend kudos. Our daughter attends NC State so we will be in Raleigh often, and I would return to this location based on the positive experience I had at 500 Oberlin Rd. Store #60964. Thanks!

Probably the rudest service experience, not only at Starbucks but at any food/service establishment. Standing around, gossiping, and giving me the worst possible attitude/tone. Never going to this Starbucks again, the baristas need a tremendous attitude check.

The product was great but I think the customer service could have been better. I went in to get my favorite, the Lemon Loaf. I'm expecting the loaf to be $3.25 because that was what was on the tag. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention she tell me “oh that’s what it used to be, they haven't had a chance to correct it”. No, I'm able to offer a price adjustment or anything. I'm sure if she shopped somewhere she would have expected the same thing. Anyway, Merry Christmas!!!

If you want an original macchiato, order whichever kind (Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla) but ask to sub Cinnamon Dolce for Vanilla. Trust a barista. ;)
