Is this Starbucks a new branch of NC State? Or probably this is a new homeless shelter? Why it is so difficult to find place to sit because of this? I need only 15-20 min to drink my coffee but it is constantly impossible.

It's was a holiday so glad for THE option, but wasn't warm and friendly. Plus literally was cold inside the store. But outside was clean and clear.Parking: Pay attention.

The food is lackluster, with only one vegan option that you'd have to order without cheese for it to actually be so. The deserts are too sweet and overly processed; They throw many of them out at the end of every night.Their drinks are too sweet by default ( their matcha and chai come to them in bags/cartons that are already sugared up.)The koia protein shakes are yummy and feel like real food, at least.Vegetarian options: Prob some of the egg bits, the avo toast, the impossible breakfast sandwich, and the koia shakes ?

the barista called me fat for ordering a sandwich a blended drink and 3 cake
The barista that took my order was extremely unfriendly.

I Visit this location & noticed some of there earlier problems have cleared, But! Now,. they intentionally set the AC & Fan to Freezing, even on days/nights it's 40 degrees outside. They run people out 2 hours before closing sweeping & moping and still don't remove the Dog hair in places. The music is Way too loud & you can Not have a phone conversation & you have to nearly yell at the person next to you Over the music. Otherwise the Baristas are pretty good and are nice & somewhat friendly. Not Chick-Fil-A friendly but that's a management/training issue. There is a newish location 2 miles North of 440 that is better if you want to drink & work, No Freezing Cold Fan blowing air ?Parking: The Baristas sometimes park in what should be Customer parking at the entrance but plenty of community parking a few steps away.

The two girls working were super rude. "Maddie" and someone else. They weren't busy at all just the typical loungers. Uncomfortable atmosphere to say the least- super sterile feel to it.
Great place to virtually work. Yummy tea!
