This five star review is more Zahnae, She’s always friendly and is very consistent. I have ordered my cold brew at other locations or even by other people at this location and it’s always on point; she is a true barista!!?

Ms.Julie was by herself today and we came in for our drinks at last minute. She kindly took our orders and made it to orders with the biggest smile on her face. Usually, we hate to order at last minute, because staff are exhausted and people are ready to clock out. But, Ms.Julie told us to order she’s more than happy to serve us. We love her kindness, positivity and energy so much. She definitely turn our frown upside down. Thank you Julie ? .

Stay away from this Starbucks if you don’t want to get yelled at by the barista. I had just gotten my coffee when I heard the barista, Cindy, yelling at a customer. This was unacceptable behavior, and it caused such a big scene. All the other customers and I were all in shock at how rude Cindy was, and something should be done immediately.
As I know this location can get busy, I ordered my drink 15 minutes before I expected to be there through the app. Plus, it was a weekday afternoon so not a super busy time for them. Plenty of time, right? Nope. It took a total of 35 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my order - one hot tea. That’s it. And this is not the first time this has happened to me this location. I will be changing my preferred store to another location.

I didn’t even want to give 1 Star!This is THE WORST STARBUCKS!Staff are short, rude and with a nasty “I could care less attitude” AND SLOW!! When they first opened a few years ago, it was decent… not now… especially with Target’s all around new mgmt and staff… the majority of them need extensive training in Customer Service of HOW NOT TO BE LIKE WALLMART. No class. ??
So slow!!! Wasn’t busy and still took +20 min to get a drink.

THE worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I work in the neighborhood and I’ve tried multiple times but, I’ve NEVER received an accurate order at this location. It’s as if they have no concept of the basic, standard Starbucks recipes. If you’re getting a plain coffee, they MAY get that right. Save your money. Visit the Starbucks located in the bookstore. I won’t be back to this location. I’m done.

Every time that I visit this location, they’re either out of stock on most of the items listed on the menu or closed yet have two associates there working. Location is definitely in need of new management.

Went to get a simple medium coffee and stood there for 10 + minutes to end up cancelling my order and asking for a refund. never have been to starbucks that took that long to make a simple coffee. will never go back there again
While Sarah and Rachel oleander there day I stood in line and watched them high five laugh at each other then finally noticed me a shame

This location is always very slow but 22 minutes for a mobile order that was estimated to be ready in 6 minutes was even worse than usual, especially for the middle of the afternoon when it was not very busy. Having only one person making drinks and two others standing around doesn’t seem to be typical for most Starbucks, especially with a list of overdue mobile and Door Dash orders. There was a group of people similarly waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their orders and one person who asked about exchanging her mobile order drink for a larger size became very frustrated with the employees. All of the employees handled the situation extremely poorly and need training on how to speak to and work with customers. The other Starbucks locations around Brier Creek are much quicker and kinder, so I highly recommend those instead of this location.
Coffee was warm but just tolerant enough. Staff was quiet and areas at coffee stations could use some organizing tips to work more efficient. Frappuccino was room temperature Mocha was over bearing.
