Super rude lady in the drive through tbh. I understand retail if tough, but I did nothing to you to treat me like a dog.

Very busy but regardless of drive through or take out ice never waited more than 5 mins for my coffee. The staff is super friendly and work together to knock out the high volume they see every day.

I ordered an iced chai latte with white mocha and no ice. I got ice and no white mocha. While I can appreciate writing on the cup to create a more personal experience, I find it very frustrating that my drink was wrong and that message was written right above the label that clearly shows my order was input correctly. Maybe read the order instead of worrying about trying to be cute. 🤔

The staff is what makes this starbucks so great. I come here daily and they're always kind and fast. I get a not commonly ordered drink that is often wrong at other locations, but never here!
This starbucks is always clean, its a nice place to sit and work, and the drinks are always made perfectly. Which with how expensive starbucks has gotten I really appreciate.
People need to remember that the baristas make or break your day, not the corporation. Everyone wants to have a good drink, but no one wants to stop to think about the people making them.
I wish someone would show Brian Niccol and the people currently politically harassing Starbucks employees the video of Brennan Lee Mulligan talking about baristas.

We have a lot of gift cards for Starbucks, so I have been able to visit locations and place mobile orders to get rid of some of the money. I was visiting Costco and this Starbucks location is nearby, so we decided to go over and get a drink. I ordered a grande iced peach green tea with 6 pumps of sugar syrup. It was incredibly sweet, just how I like it. We placed the order, took 2 minutes to drive over, and our drinks were waiting for us on the counter. No wait or anything. The inside was clean and the employees were working hard. We had a nice experience!

The service was exceptional.
My coffee shouldn’t spell every where in my car and desk when I get to work due to them over felling it.
I just paid seven something dollars plus $2 tip for a 4-in tall matcha latte with lavender foam. I figured of all stores this one would get the order right. Don't have time to go in and argue I'm already late. I ordered a grande.
Also when did tipping before receiving what you paid for become standard. I should receive my food and then pay and then tip
This morning I was subjected to the most unprofessional experience I have had at this location- after sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes (not complaining as it gave me time to reload my balance and check for specials) I started my usual order by asking for 4 waters (as it is most considerate to the baristas to get started on before my actual order) before i could order the next part of my order 'Sharnae' proceeded to go on a long ramble telling me to next time come into the store if i was ordering water or mobile order to save the baristas time (mind you this ramlbe was an entire minute long so were you truly saving time) awkward and completely rude and off putting she then proceeded to realise i was peehaps actually ordering more than warer and asked if there was any thing else- i told her frankly how rude she was and reminded her you cannot infact order water via mobile order and that while i had a large order to give o was no longer interested and informed her this was appaling as a former starbucks employee that they are treating customers this way when regardless of my order i still sat in this line to patiently place my order- this location always has rude and condescending partners but tjis interaction was particularly brazen and outrageous - if drive times are already so terrible maybe learn to partner play and distribute team work better than put the onus back on the customer and at the very least know the company policies and procedures before making such a poor judgement and mouthing off for the sake of you "team" . This interaction is why i choose other nearby locationsbwhere you can expect the third place and welcoming atmosphere starbucks is known for avoid this location if yoy want a hospitable experience as they will be sure to let you know how much of a burden you are as a customer regardlessof your patronage.

Nice location, really large space for a Starbucks theses days. Food prep, taste was great but a little slow Probly due to being so busy. Will return.
