I don't know if all of Starbucks are doing this now......I had to ask for cream and sugar. I usually put it in myself, but there was nothing put out for self-service.Otherwise, everything was good. We had a great barista.We had coffee, egg bites, and a pastry.

The Batistas working today are so friendly and have such a great attitude. I was very disappointed though when I found out that they are not allowed to accept tips like at the other Starbucks locations. What is up with that??? I really wanted to tip for the amazing service I received and I can't do that? Someone needs to fix the huge disrespect happening at this location or at least pay them better than the neighboring Starbucks get per hour. They deserve way more credit than they are getting here.
The barista was in the back when I got to the store at 11 am. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to even get to the counter while the HT staff was looking for her, and she didn't have the decency to even offer an apology for the long wait. Should have just gone to the McDonald's in the same parking lot for our drinks

Starbucks in the grocery stores are always hit or miss, we all know that. But we got two lattes today and they were the worst starbucks drinks we’ve ever had. Both were burnt and scalding hot. One was overly sweet and one wasn’t sweet at all. I’d only get drinks here if you’re ready to gamble your money away on getting a half decent drink. Save your money and get a drink from the beverage cooler instead.
