Very clean environment and hard working staff. One of the baristas gave me latte art, I've never had that done for me before. It was a very kind gesture. I'm not sure what her name is, but I'm sure the staff know, so give her a shout-out for going above and beyond amidst the Wake County bustle!

Was handed my drink and knew something was off considering I drink it everyday. Then the barista who made my drink starts pour the rest of my quad into three cups for her and her other coworkers to drink as I’m right there and then says “ who orders a quad frap??!?” . So thank you so much for not making the drink correctly in proportions and then drinking my espresso shots I paid for.

Unsatisfactory service priorities - online and drive through have much higher priority than people waiting in store. With NO line in store, it took nearly 15 minutes to get the coffee, only to find that they made it wrong and had to remake it.

Don’t appreciate ordering a grande and not getting a grande in my personal cup, I get this three times a day at least no reason why they can’t get this right….

I work across the street and literally waited 12 minutes while other people were served ahead of me, for my birthday drink, on my only break of the day. My friend and employee up front Megan had nothing to do with this but it was a horrible experience especially on what was supposed to be a special occasion
