Actually ridiculous. They handed me my drink this full; I haven’t even taken a sip yet. I didn’t press the issue because it was busy, but I feel like it’s standard to fill the drink that I paid for?????! Also, I paid for cold foam… and it’s nowhere to be seen??? I’ve never had a problem ordering this drink anywhere else. Don’t go to this Starbucks.

everytime i order my strawberry açaí (refresher!!!!!!!!!!) they always end up putting lemonade in it. i just wanted water to replace it but they always add lemonade.

I'll tell you what! These baristas are nothing short of a miracle. If you need that sweet sip of sugar with just a hint of coffee, they will whip it up faster than a knife fight in a phone booth. Highly recommend!

Very clean environment and hard working staff. One of the baristas gave me latte art, I've never had that done for me before. It was a very kind gesture. I'm not sure what her name is, but I'm sure the staff know, so give her a shout-out for going above and beyond amidst the Wake County bustle!
