I stopped in because it was super early and the only place open. I decided to try the sausage and egg thingy and it was ok, nothing special. I ordered a pineapple lemonade frozen drink and it was very good.

This is usually my go to Starbucks because they always made my drink exactly how I like it but today was not that day. As you can see my matcha latte is way below where it should be compared to my friends drink. I really hope it was an off day and they don’t make it an everyday thing.

I had to come give a five star review! I go to this location all the time and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, it's been rare to find people working in the food industry that aren't cranky and miserable, but this place these people are genuinely happy. I specifically came to finally write a review after being helped today by an older gentleman wearing a blue and white bucket hat, he was the most friendly and helpful barista I have had! He listed out all the cold foam options for me and suggested things, and then after he gave me the drink told me some that I can try for next time! So refreshing to have someone who seems so pleasant and happy! Give that man a raise!

The baristas need better training. I’ve now had 3 caramel macchiatos that taste like skinny caramel lattes. So disappointed. Of the Starbucks around our area, The ones at white oak & on 401 near Garner Station are close in drink taste. The White Oak is a little better, but I think it’s barista experience. This review is for the new McCullers location. The people are great, the drinks not worth the splurge yet.

Update: 9/19/2023 New visit. This Starbucks is clean, music volume was comfortable, mobile order was made correctly and ready on time. Their wifi was down which didn't affect my visit.Stopped by to visit with a friend over coffee and sandwich. The staff was great as was the food and drink. I will be returning.
First day of September ThursYay & doors were locked, hand written sign on door saying closed and chair in front of drive thru. Posted hours are until 830. It was 630. Waste of time stopping & disappointing visit. Had to drive further to fuquay varina. Therefore can't really say much about food ....and why only 1 star. Sorry ?

My sister and I visited this location last week. We got 3 drinks. All were specialty ones we added modifications to. We went through the drive thru. The lady over the speaker was fine. We pulled to the window and payed for our two drinks because at first we only got two. Then once we received our drinks we decided to try one more. So we went around and ordered another drink. When we pulled to the window maybe the worked was annoyed or surprised to see us again. She gave us kind of a side eye & rolled her eyes. She was verbally fine and we paid and went about our day. But her facial expression the second then around was slightly rude. From the window the store did look clean. The drive thru did move at a timely rate, so that was good!
