3 or more staff members behind the counter. Slow service. Can hardly get any of the orders. Was there before the door was locked before the closing time. Tables and chairs are dirty and yuck. Need to change the whole staff including the managers.

Staff locked the doors at 7 PM when the store hours are until 8 PM. Order ahead was not available and staff kept ignoring us outside. I have called starbucks and reported the issue.

The food was not as good as it had been. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry and the bun looked like it was burnt. The service had a bit of attitude or not caring. I went through the drive thru and I don't expect a big smile when I come to the window. But the attitude and the side eyed was not great.

Coffee was great. It's a formula. Hard to mess up. The HISPANIC OPERA TYPE MUSIC HAS TO GO. I don't know who thought some woman screaming (on key, at least) was conducive to a nice work environment.

This Starbucks is located in the Hilton Hotel lobby, and the two female staff members were busy, friendly, and gave great service even though the cc machine was down. The next day, one staff member did not show up, but the one who did did a fantastic job under the circumstances.

My favorite are the new egg pesto sandwich with mozzarella cheese and the non-dairy oat milk salted cookie crumble matcha drink! I could eat and drink this combination every day. The atmosphere and service is great! My favorite Starbucks place in Raleigh!

Came there on 7-11-24, ordered thru the mobile app, seeing how I had to work. Ordered at 5:52, got there at 6:05 and my coffee drink and breakfast sandwich was not there. I asked about my order and they said oh, we seen a man come in earlier and took both. I can’t believe how you can pay for something and someone walk in and take it without any explanation. Then my other times going to this location ever time I order ahead of time. They forget to pull my ticket and wait till I get there to say I’m sorry. I will not be returning here. Very disappointed in the service and non priority.
Stop here before my little ones Dr appt. I never wait long and the staff is very friendly.

We stopped by for coffee, which was spot on (a cafe latte and a decaf Pike Place). The employees were working diligently to get the orders out quickly and still took the time to answer a quick question. Nice facility.
