I come here frequently and the quality suddenly is so inconsistent. It’s disappointing. I was able to get 5 sips. For $6 for tea I’m not impressed.
I had a horrible experience with Miguel. I would honestly avoid this location!!!

They are so nice and love their customers. Saw a lot of enthusiastic greetings and thanked everyone who left. Apologies were offered to so many who had to wait only a few minutes extra for a drink. Very accommodating to people who meet for a breakfast group and to others who need a place to catch up emails and a coffee.

I stop here all the time on my way to work. Spend $13-$15 each time. Decided to return for lunch asked for venti water and was told by a white male I needed to order something they don’t just make water. I’ve never been to Starbucks where they won’t give you water. Whenever I go inside the employees are scattered brain they act as if they only want people to use the drive thru. They are nice but definitely give you weird looks
I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks—until today.
After waiting in the drive-through line, I ordered two Frappuccinos at the speaker. When I finally reached the window, I was told I could only pay for and receive one drink, and would have to drive back through the line to get the other.
I’ve never heard of anything so inefficient—especially since I had already waited, ordered, and was simply expecting my drinks like every other customer. This mistake was entirely on the staff (cashier/barista/manager), yet the solution offered was for me to waste even more of my time.
Time is too valuable for that. Thankfully, Starbucks is on almost every corner—so I’ll be going to the location just a mile north next time. They’re far more efficient, even when there’s a line.

First time physically walking inside of this particular location. It's not the most spacious but its clean and very organized. With that being said, I'm very disappointed with the amount of noise I had to experience while being here. One of the staff members continued to sweep and mop in the area so this was by far the loudest Starbucks experience of any location Iv'e visited. I don't say this to seem upset, I say this hoping that in the future staff can know to not continue to sweep and mop in areas where customers are working, but instead wait or give a warning before doing so.

I use this Starbucks drive through way too often because they are on my way to work. My drink is made right 100% of them time. They’re fast and staff is super kind especially Josh!
I am very disappointed in my service today. I am 7 months pregnant and I went inside for a cup of ice. A heavy set white male with a beard informed me I had to buy something before I was able to get water. I said can you just charge me for the ice. He said no. I will not be coming back to this location. I just moved to this area. Dunkin Donuts will only get my business from here on out. I feel like I was being discriminated against. But it really doesn’t matter. I don’t have to spend .50 to a dollar anywhere I’m not respected.

The Gentleman that was working here today went out of his way to be super kind to my daughter and I.
My daughter is four and thinks cake pops are the greatest thing on earth. And I had my normal delicious coffee.

3 or more staff members behind the counter. Slow service. Can hardly get any of the orders. Was there before the door was locked before the closing time. Tables and chairs are dirty and yuck. Need to change the whole staff including the managers.
I love the customer service everybody is nice and very detailed and excellent but sam is the best he makes great recommendation on drinks to try and food
