The food was not as good as it had been. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry and the bun looked like it was burnt. The service had a bit of attitude or not caring. I went through the drive thru and I don't expect a big smile when I come to the window. But the attitude and the side eyed was not great.

Coffee was great. It's a formula. Hard to mess up. The HISPANIC OPERA TYPE MUSIC HAS TO GO. I don't know who thought some woman screaming (on key, at least) was conducive to a nice work environment.

This Starbucks is located in the Hilton Hotel lobby, and the two female staff members were busy, friendly, and gave great service even though the cc machine was down.
The next day, one staff member did not show up, but the one who did did a fantastic job under the circumstances.
