How does Starbucks mess up one of their most popular drinks? A Caramel Macchiato tastes like milk with some chocolate in their. No coffee, no caramel...pretty much any other coffee place can make it better. Sad.

Orion was so patient and helpful with walking me through ordering the best coffee for what I described. Something cold and highly caffeinated with some sweetness. I ordered the brown sugar oat iced coffee and the heated chocolate pistachio loaf. Yum and perfect combo! I am grateful for his help! Give him a raise!

I am very disappointed. I ordered my coffee through the app around 25 mins before pick up. When I come to pick it up they tell me there are no ingredients for my order. I accepted a change on flavor and I keep waiting and waiting. The barista Jenny decides to prepare other orders (5) and ignores my order. I begged her to please get my order ready because now I am late to work and she gives me a small size when a had ordered a venti. I am honestly not returning to this place.

I ordered four drinks here and all of them tasted terrible. Really disappointing quality and not what I expect from Starbucks. I will not be coming back to this location.

I have over $100.00 in SB gifts cards. I can't use them because each time I go into the Capital Blvd location ( close to my home ) they give bad service. Its like they do not care if you stop in or not.
I worked in customer service for 42 years so I would be happy to help SB train their staff. Your customers deserve it! By the way I love your products not your service.

Well they're a bit bigoted but after I told them that I was meeting a recruiter for coffee they finally allowed me to go in the restroom and wipe sweat from my brow and put on my dress shirt.

Trying to go 0 footprint would be MUCH easier if everyone didn't just assume you're indigent if you're walking rather than driving around on dead dino power.

I got an iced tuxedo coffee at another place and couldn’t stop thinking about it. While they don’t have this on the menu I explained what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. Half white chocolate half chocolate mocha. It was so good and they went out of their way to make it perfect. They even asked if it’s what I wanted and offered to remake it if I didn’t.
