I have over $100.00 in SB gifts cards. I can't use them because each time I go into the Capital Blvd location ( close to my home ) they give bad service. Its like they do not care if you stop in or not. I worked in customer service for 42 years so I would be happy to help SB train their staff. Your customers deserve it! By the way I love your products not your service.

Well they're a bit bigoted but after I told them that I was meeting a recruiter for coffee they finally allowed me to go in the restroom and wipe sweat from my brow and put on my dress shirt.
Trying to go 0 footprint would be MUCH easier if everyone didn't just assume you're indigent if you're walking rather than driving around on dead dino power.

I got an iced tuxedo coffee at another place and couldn’t stop thinking about it. While they don’t have this on the menu I explained what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. Half white chocolate half chocolate mocha. It was so good and they went out of their way to make it perfect. They even asked if it’s what I wanted and offered to remake it if I didn’t.

The coffee was great. The staff could be more friendly and speak up. When I have to ask you three times what you said - it’s pretty clear I can’t hear you. The dining area could use some cleaning.

Everything else is good from here besides they’re sandwiches they don’t cook them properly I have to call and tell them ti make the bacon “extra crispy”=cooked and not raw for them to make it right.
