The service at the Albemarle,NC store is horrible. I have had 2 bad experiences there. I won't be back for a third one.

I wouldn't come to this Starbucks again if I was paid to! The customer service was cow chips!! They ignored me standing waiting to order for 5 minutes. No one said can I help you,do you have a pick up order and the "Token" there should have been the most welcoming. Not for me.

I just had a drip pour coffee and I was waiting excessively when I finally approached the counter because I saw them turning out Uber order drinks and I am physically present waiting for just a drip pour while they’re making Frappuccino‘s for people that aren’t even there and the timestamps are after my order. Only for them to pour out my drink that’s been sitting there and come up and say oh we’re out of Sumatra would you like something else? I commented “so you saw me just standing there waiting and waiting and waiting this whole time only to now tell me that? How long would I have waited in an empty store for them to tell me they can’t make my drink ? Then had a smart comment. Well I had other drinks to make, and telling me to have a good day, but in a way that you know is condescending. There were just as many staff as there wet customers in the building and none were waiting for drinks except me. Why couldn’t three people make a drip pour coffee at the push of a button? Please train your staff.

This particular Starbucks always has a very efficient drive thru service. There are far too many times though inside especially in the ordering area this isn't kept up with. I love to get a coffee and sit and read etc but not here unless it is warm enough to be outside because the unkempt areas are not inviting and more annoying is they are so busy and have so many employees you would think they could just assign someone to make a clean through.

Go somewhere else if you're ordering between 5-6AM. It's happened multiple times now where I order through the app but the store is "closed". You can see employees inside but they will ignore you even if they hear/see you. At least have the courtesy of explaining the situation, and maybe try to get the order transferred to another store rather than acting like you're a ghost.

One of the worst S-Bux’s I go to but not left much choice given it’s the most convenient on my gym days. Thankfully I don’t frequent this store but every time I do come I’m left waiting over 5 minutes from the “ready around” time. On one of the last couple of visits I had, I used a personal cup, and when I was given my drink, I could instantly tell that it was not a Venti size like I had ordered and paid for. When I questioned the barista, he assured me that it was a Venti size, but I was not in a position to argue so I did not question again. Overall service is just very slow, and given its right down the street from a busy hospital I’d expect more timely service.

And after having a first sip of my drink, I will also say that this is the only location where my drink never tastes the way it does at any other store I go to—as in, IT SUCKS. And please don’t respond to this review and tell me that I can go into the store and ask a barista to remake my drink. First of all I’m going through drive-through. Second of all, I’m on my way to work… make my drink right the first time and you wouldn’t have to waste peoples time and Starbucks resources to remake someone’s drink.

It was really good place with big&long table in relax. I enjoyed it.

And Ice cafe-latte is terrible. Seems like milk with coffee smell.
I could not feel and taste coffee. I don’t know why i need to buy a coffee on here anymore ? coffee tasty is getting change. Are they need to save bean ?

Went to the drive thru at 5:30 a.m. 10/24/24 I was the only customer there and was sent to the front of the building to wait for a coffee and a sandwich. A car came in while I was paying and they got sent to the front of the building for just a coffee. My wife and I have been coming here for 3 or 4 years and the customer service is going downhill fast. My wife went in at about 8:45 the next day 10/25/24 and the workers did not ignalage her and acted like she was not there. This location needs help before it gets a bad reputation. If the headquarters gets this please give them some assistance.

Very slow compared to other Starbucks, I come here bi-weekly at random times for doctor’s appt on weekdays. The drive-thru seems to cause the slowdown.

Drive through customers are a priority. I went in, stood for about 3 minutes, no one greeted me Even though there were about 5 people working. Went out, drove through and was able to get my order quick. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would've left and went elsewhere instead

I went in thinking I would be able to get a cortado, but the person at the register, Alena, acted arrogant and said in a very condescending way that they didn't have it. It's fine that they didn't carry it at that location, but she treated me as if I were stupid to ask if they had cortados there. I've gotten them at other locations(I think) so I was kind of confused. I decided to just get a grande water, but they gave me a tall water. It's not a big deal, but still, order accuracy was an issue. I'd suggest just going to the duck donuts across the street if you want good service at least.

Please drive the extra 10 minutes to a surrounding Starbucks. Not only do they take FOREVER to make your order, after waiting a ridiculously long time they are the most unfriendly staff you will ever meet. You think a mobile order will be faster, ha they still won’t have it ready after you’ve waited 20-30 minutes in the line. And yes I’ve been here multiple times of the day and it’s the exact same no matter when you go. Absolutely despise this location and the staff members here.
