Always good and always busy. No room at the store but there's some outdoor seating for groups of 2-4.

Other than being out of chai, I had an amazing experience. Miles at the register helped me find a wonderful alternative, and I felt like I was talking to my own grandson. I truly enjoyed myself and look forward to more great conversations like that.

Very clean and neat space. Although the shop isn’t very big, there is a lot of seating indoors and outdoors.

I ordered a grande hot chocolate, super simple drink, and basically got hot water with a drop of chocolate. I opened the lid to see how light/dark the mix was and found that my cup was barely over half full. So not only did they cheap out on the drink, they also cheaped out on the amount. I noticed some of the venti to-go orders looked like they were also missing the full amount. You absolutely do not get what you pay for at this location.

I used to come here 3-4 mornings a week for coffee and breakfast and to see local friends but the renovation they did to the space makes it feel more like a MacDonalds than a coffee house - no more chalkboards - they were replaced by digital screens, and therefore no more weekly riddles, no more seating other than three tables - they obviously don’t want the community hanging out there. It’s bright and garish instead of cozy. When i’ve picked up my cappuccinos recently they are flat and the cup feels half empty. They took a cherished community hangout and ruined it.

I used to enjoy coming to the Starbucks and get a drink and work, but they remodeled the place and got rid of half of the seating and half of the area where people can stand away for the drinks so the place is very cramped now and nowhere to sit because there’s only three tables.

I also made the counter into an L shape so the Line of people ordering goes past the area where people are picking up the drinks. So it’s a big mess where you’re trying to pick up your drinks and waited through people to get to your drink.

Whoever did this redesign of the room really blew it. I will not be back to this location after today.

Check the pictures for the newly renovated Starbucks. I’m sure Starbucks corporate spent a lot to get the place up fitted. However I’m amazed that there is so little seating in the cafe area and that store management uses the floor as a storage site. There were people sitting amidst the boxes! On a chilly morning is this how Starbucks wants to present itself? Does Starbucks corporate not want people to come and sit inside or is this a local management thing?

One more thing … when I came into the store today, there was no one inside, three associates were behind the counter, one was making a drink and two were talking, and it took a person 5 minutes to come to the register to take my order.

Really odd for Starbucks in general and even this location specifically, which I’ve visited many time before. Guess things have changed … why invest so much in the location and allow for things that could push people away.
