I came here this morning with my coworkers, their coffee tasted burnt and there was no cold foam on a drink.
Also, we drove a company car, and the employee said 'Its great to see ____ finally doing something' at the window. Unprofessional.

Aug. 19th, 7:15am, Ms. Kimani was on point at the New Bern Ave., SB. I was there to pick up coffee orders for a 2025-26 staff breakfast celebration at Bugg Magnet Elementary School by members of Raleigh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. We appreciate Star Bucks and their staff in support of our welcoming them back for a new school year. Ms. Kimani's effort to get my truck loaded and shown appreciation is appreciated and deserves a special shout-out. Thank you Ms. Kimani.

Well, my daily drink lacked which is frustrating. The cup wasn’t full at all and I was already late back to work. Trash filled the lots in this location. The barista was nice though.

They tried to charge me 4.75 for a cup of water. Trying to force me to buy a cake pop just to get a free water. Water is not free they make you buy something on their menu for the water.
