Burnt espresso and milk.

I'm a regular here, primarily for ordering ahead. The team here is very quick with preparing orders and have been nothing but kind to me. My drinks always taste amazing and I've never had any issues. Most of the time, the drive thru lines are short, but if they get long the team has been quick to go through the line. The staff does an amazing job here and I highly recommend this location!

I absolutely spend way too much at Starbucks. I love this place but I really hate how they have stated making the black tea watered down to stretch it when people started ordering no water. Like it's black tea not brown water. Please make it correct when asked.

Very bad service stopped by for breakfast sandwich only to get my food still cold and sausage was still frozen. For a high end coffee shop there food is of no good quality. It's not like they are back there actually cooking. All microwave or oven warmed food. Definitely gets a zero review for not taking the take to warm of food correctly.. BIGGEST JOKE IS THEY STILL WANT A TIP...... HERE IS THE TIP,,, DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! SERVE HOW YOU WANT TO BE SERVED

If I could add a picture i would.. Very disappointed. i wouldn't order this tray from Starbucks again. fruit must be on point at all time. The apples were brown on the bottom and soft on a few spots ,the grapes were old ,the bread was far from fresh ,it was hard ,I don't eat the cheese so I can't say how it tasted but I wouldn't purchase this tray again. Not worth the money . Starbucks needs to have a meeting with their packaging team and really think about how to create a better fresh fruit assortment. My cheese danish cold in the middle and burnt around the edges. The only thing i was happy about was my drink. Other then that i think breakfast is a no go for me . This is the fourth time ive tried and Im yet again so disappointed!

Don't purchase from Starbucks on New Bern Ave, drinks only depends on the day but food NOOOOO WAY!
