My favorite location. Always kind, friendly and accurate. Love those folks at this store. Edited to add, I come here everyday, sometimes twice, and 99%of the time they already know my order and they always remember my name. Please be kind and the workers will be kind to you. Anytime my drink wad ever wrong they fixed it with a smile. Best location at least to me.Kid-friendliness: They are always extra sweet to my little ones, they do non caffeine frappes for my babygirl

Food is often cold. I have a strange feeling that they are heating up the pastry and the sandwiches at the same time and temperature which is not correct. The center of my sandwhich is typically cold. I only come to this Starbucks because I work nearby other than that I happily drive to the Knightdale location when I can to get my food and drink properly made.Dietary restrictions: Options available for vegan and vegetarian.

If i could give this location a zero i would i have been coming here almost everyday for the last year and everyday i go to order a decaf coffee and this location is always out because they dont feel like brewing the decaf coffee. I have went to another location and they always have the decaf

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks location was horrible. Staff were rude, including the manager. I will not be visiting this location in the future. I’ve never had poor service and been spoken to in a condescending manner by an employee at any other Starbucks I have visited like I was at this New Bern store. Very sad.

It's amazing that I have been coming to this starbucks for the last 3 years almost daily with no issues and tonight the little girl on the intercom got an attitude bc I asked for a hot white mocha with sweet cream foam and she said "we don't put sweet cream foam in the hot mochas" I replied "yes you do, bc I have gotten it every day for over a year" where she started getting an attitude and then charged me for it BUT DIDNT ADD IT TO MY DRINK. So I call the store and get voice-mail, I'm curious how I'm supposed to get what I PAID for.
