I have been going to this location every week (at least once) for a couple of years as it’s right outside my neighborhood. There have been times they got it wrong but every time I have been I have had excellent customer service, and they have fixed the problem right away. Most times it’s been right on the money! The staff is friendly and I love connecting with the drive thru person in some way, whether talking about my company or a mutually loved football team. I’ll keep coming here because it’s consistent and brings joy to me every week. Thanks to the staff!

Pretty frustrating to consistently ask for lite ice and no water in my Tea or Açaí, but instead have the cup over half full of ice and they still put water in the drink. We pay the extra $1 for no water and are trusting you to respect that. This has been consistently happening to me at this location when mobile ordering and I’m not sure if the employees think because we don’t see them make the drink we won’t know they put water and extra ice in the drink. Just please make what I happily pay for!

Elderly lady with frosted top on phone the whole time with bad attitude.
We ordered coffee 2 black coffees..took 15 minutes.. all orders after us were filled and they walked out.. we still had no coffee. Asked where our coffee was, barista said it will be out shortly and sorry. Got our coffee, cold and tasted like water and was slight brown. Paid 0ver 6$ for black coffee. We tossed it , it was so bad. Lots of staff standing around. Took about 5 minutes to wait on us at register. Everyone filling drive thru orders and not waiting on in store orders. Disappointing for sure.. you are not cheap Starbucks and expect better service and QUALITY. Will not return. Stores are closing make some quality changes in storw

It's good, store inside is clean and spacious. Not as nice as my Heartland location in Mississauga, Ontario in Canada. Unfortunately the parking lot is very ugly and needs to be renewed and some better landscaping/city planning. Otherwise, employees are very nice, listen to customizations very well for the time being, and Service the drive thu and in store quickly. Sadly, the prices are quite high compared to starbucks in other states and countries I noticed (anywhere from 20 cents to 2 dollars more!!! Very crazy).
I will update my review if things change, as always.

I love the iced shaken espresso. But they gave me a cracked cup in the spout. I’m glad I didn’t cut my lip.
By nature, I am definitely a Dunkin’ Donuts guy being from New England…. But i have recently started getting the cappuccinos with the coconut milk here at Starbucks and have to say they are awesome. Use the app most of the time to order and have never had an issue,

I have been working my butt off on trying to find a way to enjoy the vanilla cream cold brew drink!! It's too me a few months of actually mixing toppings and syrups but I couldn't come up with anything, so I decided to do the more simple option and just ask for extra cream. The employee who took my order was very sweet and she was understanding of the choice I wanted. The staff who also served me were very friendly and I thanked them when my drink was received. Totally yummers!!!! It was exactly what I wanted for that drink and I'm so happy I gotten it.
(Also bonus points for getting my name right! Haha, people sometime mishear me so I was so relieved.)
Whoever was working the window today (3/19/2024) between 2:00pm and 2:30 was extremely rude. My boss ordered drinks for us, and when I went to pick them up, one was missing. Instead of politely asking which drink was missing, the employee was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Customer service should be better than this
