Jen was pretty Awesome with sampling the new Lavender foam. I have a vanilla allergy and made the foam special and it was really good. That should be a menu option.

What a surprise. I thought I knew where all the Starbucks where located in Raleigh, but this little jewel has a wonderful outdoor seating area and the patio is in the rear of the building. This makes it feel very cozy and secluded.The service was excellent and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene.If you're looking for a Starbucks to chill out, this is it!!!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years and I don't think they've ever made a single mistake on one of my orders. The staff are always so friendly. I love that they keep Pride flags displayed year-round. Also, they had a display about winter holidays and they included Solstice/Yule! It felt really good to not be left out for once!

Ordered my drink on the app. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the vanilla sweet cream cold foam was not on it. I gave it back and they added vanilla sweet cream creamer to it. I sent it back again and they said they would remake my drink, however, they just added cold foam to the drink that at this point was not what I ordered. It was way too sweet to drink so I went inside. I told the manager and he sent me out with the drink pictured below. I then called and spoke to the manager. He was very condescending and gave a insincere "apology." He also informed me that "it's not personal." I will never be returning to this location. I hope management at this location will make changes to better their customer service. Never had this bad of an experience at a Starbucks. (Wish I could give 0 stars)

This is my morning commute, Starbucks. This lovely team gets my day going at least three times a week. They are always kind and in a good mood when I arrive, so visit this location if you want to start your day off right! The environment is always clean and well taken care of, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful inside, looks like new. A perfect Pumpkin Spice Latte! However, despite not being busy at 11 am, the first impression was of not being cleaned due to patio area and inside floor not being swept, was dirty with obvious scraps of paper and food. If not for that it is a lovely Starbucks!
