Worse staff I have ever seen. Our staff will not be returning. An employee went to retrieve the order and it was wrong and instead of fixing the order they decided to try to give her back the old pizza which was already cold and got mad that she wouldn't accept it and kicked her out.Update: None of my coworkers, or our customers are allowed back.

Ordered lasagna to go as part of an office lunch order. Got ziti instead and it tasted fresh with a good amount of meat and cheese, but I wanted the richness of lasagna. The portion is a little on the small side, but enough for a decent lunch paired with salad. The salad was average with packet dressing. The carrot cake was a very generous size and was decently fresh. I’ve had better. For to go Italian I’d say it’s pretty good, definitely better than old Raggazis. Will need to try for lasagna again and pizza in future.

First Calzone I have ever had with zero Ricotta. I politely complained and was offered some Ricotta to fix the issue. No thanks....No replacement just some cold Ricotta. Food to be served took a very long time and We were the only People in the place ( party of 3 ) Hack Pizza place at best.

The food was really good and the employees were really nice. But they gave me one of the wrong dishes and it made me sad. But overall good prices and yummy food (update went back and they gave me a free replacement of what they had messed up yummy, but not worth the tears)

Is being generous. We went Sunday at 2:30 pm. The "OPEN" light was on, music was playing and the doors were unlocked. We went in and no one was behind the counter. We waited and looked around. Two small children were at a table eating, but no adult in sight. We waited longer and on looking around we saw lots of dirty tables (signaling inside dining) and a very dirty kitchen. Still no one appeared. After a few minutes we left. I can't imagine a place of business being so neglectful. First and foremost to have no staff on premises but to leave two small children unattended, with unlocked doors is unthinkable.We went to the branch on Spring Forest and had a wonderful, delicious meal with professional staff and outstanding food - in a clean restaurant! They deserve and got a Five Star rating.
We drove 40 minutes to try this place and the website as well as the sign on the door said they opened at 12. We were there, two couples ahead of us, and someone behind us all thought they were open but the door was locked. The doors opened part-way but the doors were latched together. We also didn't see any lights on. We were VERY disappointed. 1 star because I can't give 0. Next time you advertise you are open... open!

First time eating at Stromboli's on Edwards Mill road and with my elderly parents. The food was overall average. The cheese on top of my mom's lasagna was not melted and the sauce was a little watery. The peperoni & sausage pizza that my dad and I ate was ok but not good enough for me to consider ordering one for pick up. However, Scott the manager was great! He made my parents and I feel very welcomed from the initial greeting, during the ordering process and as we exited the restaurant.If it wasn't for Scott, this review would be a 2.5 to 3 if based on the food alone.
