I did an online order ,and when I was ready to get my order they were serving other’s customers before me. When I asked about my order I was told that I had to wait until they served everyone in the restaurant before they could get to me . So waited a whole extra forty five minutes just to get my order. When I finally received my order I also got a note saying that next time I had to be patient.

So I made an online order on a Thursday and completed the order at 8:55pm. A message popped up saying something about online orders must be in by 9pm, because they close at 9:30pm... So I thought I was good to go. My order said it would be ready for pick up at around 9:15pm. I pulled up at 9:14 and they had already closed and went home... All the lights were off and the door locked. I know the subway inside of Walmart shuts down the online ordering process when they are no longer excepting online orders for the night. The Subway at Garner Station should have done the same thing and not except online orders if they are gonna go close early. Now I hope that they don't act like they never recieved my order, because my bank know, and I took a video of the time I arrived and the store being close.

I ordered on the app around 7:30 pm on 12/29/23 and as I'm looking thru the app it says on its way. Then all of a sudden it was voided. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE & NOW MY KIDS ARE SCROUNGING AROUND FOR SOMETHING TO EAT.

It's a subway. You get what you expect with nice and fast employees. All the other small shops in this shopping center struggle it seems. Not Subway and I think the service is the reason.

Excellent work, very clean and fresh vegetables, varied drinks and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
I love this subway due to being close to my work. But they never have fresh toppings. Lettuce is always brown. It all looks like it is fixing to mold. I asked for fresh spinach and she did get it for me. I love pickles but they looked nasty. I hope thus issue can be fixed.

I went to the Subway on a Friday night before closing. They are not the nicest people working at this location. The young man that made my sandwich was sloppy . He also gave me bread that was old .I don't think I will be going there anytime soon. No longer than it takes to make a sandwich it wouldn't hurt to be friendly.
