I placed an online order for pickup. Scheduled to pickup at 2:15, however I got out my appointment early so I called the door something to 1:00 asking if I can move my time up being that I had gotten out of my appointment early. The lady that answered the phone I told her what I was trying to do she then stated that they did not have an order for me. I proceeded to tell her that it showing that the payment and confirmation went to their store. So I went by the store and 3 Hispanics workers were in there so I showed them my phone showing my order and that the payment had been processed. They began to speak in their language and go to the register pressing something then turns the screen around and say we don’t have your order. (Unsure what they were pressing on the screen before showing me) I asked for the manager’s number or cooperate the shortest one began to speak in Spanish again and one said you can’t and won’t speak to the manager because he’s not going to answer. I asked how will I go by getting my money back… that little short nasty spoke gain in Spanish and it was translated “You won’t”. I really hate that I didn’t get that little short nasty one name but she’s very rude and nasty.
I will suggest to anyone if you don’t have to go this location stay the hell away! Service sucks and Customer Service is horrible!!

the sandwich was mid i guess she didn’t know what i meant by just regular plain bread and the price was crazy at least they kept it clean
Too high of price did not have what we wanted and person did not speak English or understand English. If you're in a country at least learn the language!

Do not go here, attitude was terrible and gluten free bread wasn’t an option. Had to explain what it was and employee seemed like she didn’t know what that was. Rolled eyes when I said I wasn’t going to get anything there for the allergy I have.
Horrible rude service workers. I wish I could give zero stars. Everyone needs to go even the regional manager who allows animals to work as employees.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have a list of bad things about this location.
1. Pickup order was 15 minutes late
2. Order wasn’t even on the shelf when I went to get it. I had to ask where my order was.
3. When I got my sandwich, even after I told them my name, they gave me the wrong sandwich
4. Sandwich was barely filled and missing some condiments
5. Sandwich wasn’t sliced at all even though I made a special instruction to slice into three pieces.
6. When I tried to call them, they just hung up on me while I was in mid sentence.
Do NOT go to this location. Seriously.

the service is always good and i don’t have a complaint about my sandwich. it is UNACCEPTABLE that the AC doesn’t work. they got these ladies working in the middle of summer with no ac, all they have is a little fan back there. it literally felt HOTTER inside then it did outside, and it’s 93 DEGREES with 50% humidity. how dare the owner make this employees run that restaurant in these conditions. something needs to be done ASAP!!!!!!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway. The older woman working there is incredibly rude, dismissive, and treats customers with no respect at all.
She clearly struggles with the language and makes no effort to understand your order instead, she rolls her eyes and acts like you're the problem.
I watched her speak disrespectfully to several customers, rushing them and making them feel uncomfortable. Honestly, it was embarrassing and disappointing.
If Subway cares about customer service and brand image, they need to seriously reconsider who's behind the counter. Until then, I won't be coming back.

Overall Score: 2.2/10 – A clean and standard setup with fresh-looking ingredients, but the extreme pricing made the visit feel unjustified and not worth repeating.
Atmosphere and Service: 5.5/10 – The location was clean with a decent amount of seating and not overly busy. Everything behind the counter appeared fresh, and the layout was consistent with what you’d expect from a typical Subway.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub: 2.2/10 – The sub itself was fine, but $16 for a footlong was hard to justify. For that price point, the bacon and chicken simply didn’t deliver enough value or quality to match the cost. It left a bad impression and made it clear this wouldn’t be a return visit.

Ordered on their website and application had an issue. Tried to talk to their staff, they wouldn’t budge and say only receipt will get you food. Couldn’t get them to check or understand, would not come back. If anyone come do not try ordering online

Been going to this location for months but I had to stop due to the fact that there was a guy who was in there that did not know the differences between the types of bread and seemed to be very clumsy/immature. So I decided to give them another chance and I must say that the older woman ALWAYS get my order right (which is why I gave this review another star) vs the younger lady who was giving me cheesy bread AFTER I told her I wanted what kind of bread I wanted for my sandwich. I thought the girl had a hearing problem or was out of it. This Subway location used to be on the money but I wish it would get better.

The older latter is sweet but doesn't soak out understand English well. The mid aged lady with the sharpie eyebrows is rude and wont greet you. I think she hates her job

The workers here either doesn't speak English or barely, and the food is not always fresh at all. I still can't understand how are you running a store and you can't communicate with customers? each time I got a sandwich made I had to point to everything and constantly repeat myself. I tried to be understanding, but as someone who's also disabled it shouldn't have been so tough for me to order a sandwich. We live in a world where you are made to feel bad for wanting what is right, so I didn't report it but plan to after another incident made it difficult to order.

We just left this Subway, when we started to order 4 loaves, a very friendly older lady started to serve us but when the last one was left to prepare, another lady, a little younger, thin with black hair, came out and started preparing my Subway and told her He was putting HALF THE RATIONS of what I asked for and he told me if I made more, I'd charge you EXTRA ?♀️ HE DID IT ALL ON PURPOSE!!!! We have always ordered 4 Subways just like these and they had NEVER charged me 80 DOLLARS ?♀️. SHE IS A SCAMMER AND WITH TERRIBLE ATTENTION!!!!!
