I will never go back to this subway again. I had a offer in the app to get a foot long for 6.99 and I decided hey a quick dinner tonight me and the hubby can split it and it will be fine. So when I order it I always get the toppings put on the side bc I order it online and can't tell them with half to put what so I just write in the comments to put all sides on the side so I can of each one how we want it. Well the manager or owner told me no he can't do that bc I only paid half for the sub and he will not do it. If I pay full price he can but bc it's only half price I can't. He is rude and the sandwich was nasty. When I got home I opened it and it only had one piece of meat on it and it was to be a sub way club and nothing on the toppings but mayo and some things I have clue what it was so there for I had to fix a quick dinner for us bc there was no way we were going to eat that mystery meat sandwich

Food handling is not good ,bread tasted stale and cold even was asked to toast it well-done. The patty was cold even when I specially asked them to warm it up, totally ignored, food value for money just isn't there for $15-20 on a lunch. I would never visit this location again . Terrible customer service and yes the staff is very racial and judgemental, staring at customers is so rude !

Optimum Differentiation

This is one of the cleanest subways that I’ve been to in a very long time. The inside remains spotless! They are always quick and thorough. This is my favorite subway to go to while in Raleigh.

Terrible customer service , manager was upset because I utilized a free footlong I earned by using the subway app. He then went on about how he spent 50k on this franchise like supposed to care. It’s not the customer’s fault for any discrepancies on the app nor is the customers fault if you made a bad investment.

I ordered my 4th free sub through the app. I come in to pick it up, and was told that I cannot order my free sub through them and I have to order from the subway I always go to (I utilize two different subways in Durham). I was told it was because they are under a separate company.

I come from franchised food chains and have managed in that sector as well, and I know this is untrue. The man was nice about denying me food, but said “why would I give you a free sub when you’ve purchased at other stores. If you buy 3 from me then I will give you the free sub”.

Again he was kind in denying me service, and I will hopefully get my little $1.83 back from the chips I ordered along with my sub. I’d like for him to know I wrote this in the parking lot so I wouldn’t forget his words. I will be sure to contact the corporate office about this topic so others do not have to deal with the same issue.

Terrible customer service and judgemental manager there, he randomly judges customers and passes on racial slurs( he failed to identify and was not wearing a name badge). Food is mostly stale and overpriced, the vibe of this place is unsettling and unprofessional. I hope the owner finds this and corrects the issue, the business is in trouble..so sad

This place is sad when it comes to judging people who buy their food. I paid for my food and treated this man with respect. I asked him if I could switch my chip out because I didn't see the others at first. He yelled at me like I was a problem. Treating me like I was nothing. I will be calling corporate, because this man doesn't know what people are going through to try to act like I'm

The people were nice, but the food is OBSCENELY overpriced at this location. $14.60 for a 6 inch sandwich, cookies, and chips. Not to mention that they were very very stingy with the veggies. At that price I should be able to have as many veggies as I want! I miss the days of $5 foot long, but I apparently can't even get a $10 6inch...

I sat in line for 10 min as they passed boxes out the window and had personal conversations with the one car ahead of me in line. I just had a mobile order. When I received my order I was missing my drink. I paid $1 for a collector cup and she asked me for it back, I refused bc I paid extra to get the cup. Give me the drink I paid for in another cup. Lady got an attitude but gave it to me. I opened my goat bread to find I got 1 slice of turkey and a slice of ham on my all American CLUB. Rolled up like a tortilla! I will not return. What a waste of money.

This is my second time coming here first thing time gentleman name, Robert treated me as I was and the wrong place fixed my sub to the wear it was a mess I paid for it and told them to throw it away and then today a B.M.T cost me 20 bucks smh he is a very bad person very rude disrespectful etc
