This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to! The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional! Don’t waste your time or money here!

I just left this location and this will be my last time. I’ve had terrible customer service at this location twice now. The bread was not fresh at all, despite my specific request, and the manager responded with an attitude. Knowing the bread was probably prepared days ago. It was so hard, I could even enjoy it. He carelessly tossed my cheese on the sub, barely added lettuce, and acted bothered when I asked for tomatoes on the side. Not to mention charged $1plus extra for ONE extra slice of cheese.
On my first visit, an employee was sitting on the table, distracted on her phone, and didn’t wash her hands before preparing my food. If I hadn’t been in a rush, I would have gone elsewhere. I won’t be giving this place a third chance.

Absolutely Terrible Experience at Subway!
I don’t know how this place is still in business. The bread was stale, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days—completely ruined the sandwich. What’s the point of offering “fresh” subs if the main ingredient is anything but? The veggies looked tired, the meat was questionable, and the whole sandwich fell apart because the bread was so hard.
To make things worse, the service was slow and unfriendly. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and honestly, after this experience, I don’t either. Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment served on rock-hard bread!

What a terrible experience ordering at this subway. I get it, this is subway, so you have to come into it with very low expectations.
I went through the drive-thru and took my food home. When I got home I realized they had put a ton of mayonnaise on my meatball sub (I did not ask for it and I'm allergic to it). The gentleman at the store was defensive and rude - at first refused to give me a refund, wanted to instead remake it. At this point I just wanted a refund and to go elsewhere. He then tried to deny the refund because I took a bite out of the sub. After some insistence and him getting on his cell phone and talking to someone, I was given a refund.

Very rude people working there special the Indian/Nepali man and girl who was working at closing shift on 10/90/24 was so rude just because I was paying the coins I had in my hand and they told me don’t come again here if you paying cash.

I was intending on getting food from this location a few minutes ago, but when I came in to try to use the restroom first, I was told the bathroom was out of order even though there was no sign stating that nor was the restroom door locked. I believe the worker from behind the counter thought I only wanted to use the bathroom and leave.
I will never spend my money at this location, you guys have terrible customer service, my fiance has had problems with this location as well with the workers being rude. I hope you see this review and understand the same kind of energy you put out is what you receive.

I came in at 10:36am 8/30/24 I came into the establishment I said good morning to the first person i seen which was the girl slicing meat looks at me didn’t even acknowledge me or the fact i said good morning. I see another guy im assuming is the manager he turns and looks at me and proceeds to doing what he was doing. The young lady asks me if im ready to order replied yes, the manager then tells her no wait a minute. He turns to me and says “ one minute you need to wait one minute.” As if I didn’t already wait to even be acknowledged. Horrible customer service to tell me to wait, not acknowledging my presence it’s not my fault they opened late or got in late to open the store.

The customer service was horrible. When my sandwich was made she put entirely too much salt on my sandwich it tasted super salty. I went back to the store to inform them the sandwich tasted super salty. I told them I would like a refund or the sandwich to be remade he said he would have to call his manager first AFTER he already had thrown away my sandwich. After a few minutes of going back and forth from asking for my refund or my sandwich to be remade he finally made the sandwich. Never visiting this subway again and I strongly don’t recommend it!

I was at Subway #5462-0 located at 2820 Brendwood Rd, today at 6:15 pm there was no one to assist me, an employee and a female employee were in the back, how the next minute an employee came out looking bad, the which one he asked for my order, it was a grill chicken sandwich to go, when the employee put the sandwich in the oven he looked at me because I had a coupon and said that he was upset because you didn't tell me that you had a coupon, I told him that whenever I bought a sandwich with a coupon, I showed it when paying, he told me rudely that I had to show it to him before making the sandwich, I explained to him that for years I have bought the same way and I had never had a problem like that and that even In that restaurant for years I have bought from him, when I said that the employee told me that she had been working there for a year and had never seen me and he told me that many times when they sell food with many promotions in the morning and in the afternoon The system does not allow them to sell with promotions, and then they cannot give the discount and they pay that difference out of their pocket. That is something that seems illogical to me. I think that people like that leave a very bad impression on customers and therefore lose customers. , since that is not a dignified treatment that should be given to clients.

4/26/2024 at 2:35pm. The daughter handled our order. I was upset that she made my food but skipped over me and checked out the customer who was behind me in line just because he was a regular customer., I had to even wait for her to finish making his sub first beforeshe checked him out. Not sure what she was trying to prove but her service was the worst. It was bad enough I had to wait for her to finish the orders in drive-thru when they had two people working. Just because I'm not Spanish doesn't mean I can't understand or speak the language.
