3/23/2024 12:27pm. I came here after recently moving to the area. I found this spot on google maps. When I approached I noticed they looked closed, the location was also a bit hidden (off and behind hwy1) I also noticed they had a drive thru which I thought was great. I tried ordering and nobody responded when I drove around I notice there were some sort of blockade at the window. There weren’t many cars outside and the upkeep seemed to be vague. I drove around and saw one family inside eating. When I went in, the woman that helped me was nice and polite. I noticed the vegetables looked to be old the spinach was wilted, the lettuce was brown the veggies were dry and wrinkled. The vegetables simply looked unappealing, and I arrived at lunchtime. When I requested fresher spinach, the woman who was attending to me, willingly obliged. However, she brought the bag of spinach out and put it on my sandwich and didn’t refill the container. As we proceeded on I notice the bare and dried out vegetables and was immediately put off when I noticed the woman monitoring the shaving meat took a bite of some meat. At the same moment she came up and said “the vegetables that are out, are from today.” As I reluctantly continued my order, she wouldn’t get anymore vegetables out and her portions became scarce and I had to ask for more. I asked for O&V and S&P and she drenched that sandwich and did a few rounds of salt and pepper, I was annoyed. While still being polite I let her know no thank you but I’m going to go to another subway she was visibly upset and I apologized and left. The woman who worked with me was nice but the concern for having fresh food during Saturday lunch time wasn’t important. The store was clean but looked abandoned there is a drive thru but no notification of an inoperable drive thru.I came to the subway on louisburg rd. It seems to have more foot traffic because of its location the vegetables were visibly fresher and the customer service was great.Vegetarian options: The options were plenty but very old and dry looking.

THIS IS THE CLEANEST FAST FOOD I HAVE EVER VISITED. THE FOOD IS FRESH AND WHO CARES ABOUT ANYTHING ESLE! WE GET SO CAUGHT UP WITH EMPLOYEES SMILING AND BEING SO NICE, THAT WE FORGET THE REASON WE GO OUT TO EAT. THE FOOD AND SO WE DONT GET FOOD POISONING. SOME OF THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF DONT EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS. BUT THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU ARE SURE TO GET CLEAN FRESH FOOD! GREAT JOB STAFF AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE CHEAP PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GET FREE FOOD LOL

This has to be the cleanest subway in the whole RDU area. I mean that, everytime I go in the tables, counter, floors are so clean. The veges are fresh and service is excellent. Saff are friendly, clean, and fast getting your order ready. I will continue to go to this Subway.

We always take a look at this SUBWAY... close to our house, CLEAN if not EXTREMELY CLEAN... GOOD ATTENTION, there is a very kind girl, Latina.My wife and I were surprised to see the place. Keep it up, Good Food. Congratulations, good work .Parking: Lots of space available!!

3rd time visiting this location. Store is always clean, toppings are well stocked and fresh, ample parking, never crowded. 2 minor things: I presented a coupon before my order and got a disappointed reaction, ordered a foot long, got 3 slices of tomato, I asked for more tomatoes…he put 1 more slice on it…oh well. Jackie and Scarlet are always nice and friendly. Despite the ghetto location, I’ll go back again when craving Subway.

Subway goes out of their way to lose customers. This is the third time I’ve attempted to contact you over one incident. You obviously don’t much care about your customers. I recently received a Subway Gift Card I attempted to use with coupons I received from you. Went to drive through and was told that I had to come in as coupons aren’t accepted at the drive through. I went in and the coupons I planned on using, I was advised that there were additional restrictions that weren’t noted on the coupons. Granted I was only planning to spend around $30.00, but Wendy’s got that money instead of you. At 67 I try and eat healthy and avoid fast food places. I’ve always considered Subway a semi healthy alternative. But when you literally make it impossible for me to spend my money with you, I have to wonder about your motives.

Went in to get a sandwich while the guy was making my sandwich a hair fell on my sandwich and he tried to say it was from the oregano I told sir that’s not oregano I told him never mind and walked out don’t advise no one too go there unless they get rid of the old guy and he tried to deny

Sandwiches was super delicious there was no wait time the waiting room was clean as was a little food preparation area The major problem was the language barrier one of the ladies spoke no English And clearly didn't understand what we were saying just with the simple items we were trying to get on the sandwich so the other lady who was also helping customers had to keep telling her what we were saying We were very patient and understanding as we see more and more of this type situation everywhere you go nowadays It's not a bad thing as they say America is a melting pot but it needs to be a little better if there was a crowd in there we would've all been in trouble

Friendly staff. The sub sandwiches are always fresh, but the employees really don't like to honor subway coupons. Whenever I used a subway coupon here, the staff kinda showed in their faces that they don't enjoy accepting subway coupons. The restaurant is always clean, and it is never overcrowded.Parking: There is usually parking space available in this large parking lot.
