Love the staff always so friendly! Even when I mistook the order I got thinking it was wrong they were very sweet in explaining and showing me it was correct. They're young and it's so great to see a staff of the younger generation being respectful and efficient.

The manager is great too he's always working too whenever I see him in there.

We live in the adjoining neighborhood and have been using this location for a long time. The staff is great; friendly and never an issue with our order, neither with the precision or timeliness with ordering from the app. The interior is clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Me and some friends came in to get food. The employee made our food, and then told us the machine was logged out and we couldnt pay until his manager got there and put in the password. We were confused why the only person on staff didn’t have the password to the register, but waited patiently for 45 minutes. I asked for a cup of water and the employee told me he couldn't give me a cup because his manager was “weird about it”. Once the manager arrived he offered us all free cookies. It seemed like a kind gesture but it took only a moment to realize he had added $4 or more to EACH of our totals. At this point we just wanted to leave and ended up paying the extra. However, the behavior the manager displayed was very dishonest and felt very deceptive. They also somehow gave one of my friend’s sandwiches to an online order and tried to convince us it was in our bag. I love subway and have never had a customer service experience like this before, very disappointed.

The Spanish girl with the dark hair is horrible. Got upset when I asked for more spinach and started throwing cucumbers. Then proceeded to charge me 15 and change for the chicken teriyaki. When I asked her to double check it was worse than the spinach. Went half a mile down the road to the one on 1045 Durant Rd. and got it for 12.98 like always.

Worst customer service ever!! I had ordered 2 tunas FOOTLONG online and they were so dry just like they had opened a can of tuna and put it on the bread and the whole sandwich had no taste or flavor at all. Never going there again! Be aware and go somewhere else!!!
