Absolute trash of a company! I ordered a sub online and they delivered it to somewhere in Charlotte when I live in Raleigh! There was no phone number, no email, chat was all automated. I filled out a form and days later they said it was resolved when I never heard anything from anybody! I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and reported them to the better business bureau. They are liars and thieves!

this subway does not honor coupons, and the owner is very rude about it. no idea why the owner is so extremely difficult and petty about her restaurant when literally every single other subway doesn’t give me any issues.

The look on her face after I even offered to pay two dollars extra just to get the chicken I wanted- pure disgust. I can’t believe you can be so dang greedy when serving students at a SUBWAY.

They’ll be out of business in no time.

Ordered sandwiches to go, through the app. Just absolutely awful. Didn’t follow the instructions at all and seemed to actively try and make the sandwiches bad. Would not recommend

I normally try to support this location because it doesn’t seem to get many customers but this last experience was the last I think. I got an Italian sub and got exactly one layer of meat. That man placed those salami slices more precisely than a surgeon. And to add salt to the wound, he put so few ingredients that I could count the olive slices. The most generous part of the sandwich was the bread and that’s a given.

This is my favorite Subway location in Raleigh. I get food from here multiple times a week. Inside, the store is well-appointed, and the bathrooms are updated and very clean. Most importantly, though, the staff is very kind. Agnar, one of the operators, is very friendly and always greets me by name. Clearly, she works hard and cares about what she does. Even if you don't live close by, I believe it is worth the drive to have (what is sure to be) a great experience at the Hillsborough Street Subway.

The churro was inedible and the herbs and cheese bread did not taste fresh. They do NOT honor coupons, and if they do, they restrict what sandwiches are eligible and what dates are eligible, beyond what the coupon indicates.

The place is nice, and the food is good ,however, the customer service is something to beware of. When I went, I made sure to specifically ask for the 6.99 deal and despite ordering all the right items I still got charged full price for it even through when I came in I made sure to mention I want the 6.99 deal. Then when I asked her about it, she got very defensive and rude about it. I would reccomend the one on Western. Same quality of food for better costumer service.

This store has disrespected me twice in two days. First the lady charged me too much for my meal and was upset that I called her out on it. She had a bad attitude because she made a mistake. Ok she resolved the issue and I had my sandwich. Today she accused me of double scanning a coupon I had , again with the bad attitude. I told her she could keep the sandwich I ordered and walked out. I will not be visiting that Subway again. Very bad customer service these past two days.

Agnar was amazing! She went above and beyond with her service, making sure everything was perfect for us. Not only was she friendly and efficient, but everything was so fresh and delicious! She even surprised us with free cookies, which really made our day. Thank you, Agnar, for making our Subway visit a special one. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service, fresh food, and a little extra sweetness!
