I had an extremely disappointing and insulting experience at this Subway location (7850 Alexander Prom Pl #100, Raleigh, NC). I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, the staff claimed that someone had already picked up my order under my name. I explained politely that I had not picked it up and even showed my order confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the employee accused me of lying and said I was trying to claim the same order twice. He said that he will remake the sandwich if I ‘admitted’ to picking it up earlier, which was completely false and humiliating. He ended up making another sandwich later while still claiming that I'm lying. I asked him to check his cameras but he did not respond anything to that. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect better from Subway and will be escalating this matter to the corporate office.

Come here out of convenience but the staff are very rude every time and the subs are hit or miss.

This store is a joke. I ordered online and every sandwich was wrong. Nobody answers to the listed phone number, which apparently is a verizon cell phone so there's no way to communicate with them at all. That was the last time going to subway.

I have been going to this location for a couple of years, and while I am seeing a real decline in other Subway locations, this location really is the exception. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and most importantly, the sandwiches are consistent in size and quality. I have noticed other locations skimping on the meat when I place a to go order. I have never experienced that at this location. I will continue to go to this preferred location and keep this review up as long as this store maintains this high standard.

Terrible ordered the wrap chickens an was very off taste like old expired not to mention wasnt hardly cooked nearly to the point of warmed in the middle. $8 well wasted from any previous experience with any subway location ive ever been to. And a lover of subway food establishments, assured many none have came to lessen ones experience with not only the quality of experience but the let down of a quick let down due to a first at this specific location but the unavailable inconvenient inconvenience and impractical impossibility to go back due to scheduling timeframing while utilizing public transit means

The Veggie max sub I ordered at this location was absolutely disgusting. The patty was cold and slimy. I had to dump my lunch.

They need to get the young people out of there or either teach them how to make a sub correctly. Picked up my sub brought it home to have the flat bread fall apart. Bread was stale, tomatos were bad paid for a supreme and they only put one piece of each meat on the bread. This used to be the best Subway around but now it's the worst.

The employee who made my sandwich was very nice, she gave me generous portions, and was not shy with the mayo. She worked very fast and I was out the door within 5 minutes of entering. Will definitely be coming here again?

The lady who made my sandwich did not change her gloves after touching multiple surfaces and then touched the veggies. Veggies and meat looked wilted and old. This place grossed me out. Won’t be back.
