I don’t eat Subs often but I see Subway is like the Burger King of franchises.

If I could do a zero rating for this location I absolutely would. I will not be returning in future. Whoever you have working on Wednesday May 21,2025 around 7PM you either need to put them back in a training course or fire them because why….. also, when you ask for extra sauce compared to the one little line they give you and they then respond with oh we can’t do that! Umm yeah okay I’ve had this done at other locations. Both employees one did NOT greet me, then roll their eyes when I correct them about how the sandwich should be made as you have it posted on the sign BEHIND them, and they should already know how to make the sandwiches. They mumble stuff under their breath! Yeah this is not it. I witnessed them being the same way with another customer and her little girl when I came in. The whole experience was wild from start to finish!
DO NOT EAT HERE! this place use to be amazing. As of lately it is 🤮. Staff is rude dnt use gloves coughing over food…. 0 stars
Why is two subs $30…
Came in at 9:20 registers were already shut down and food was already away. They turned down more than 1 customer. There was a guy and Spanish girl working, the guy literally said to me “we leave out the door at 9:30” like what. Yall are advertised to stay open until 9:30. NEVER AGAIN

I visit this location often because it is the closest one to me, but I’ve decided to stop coming here. Every time I’ve visited lately, the employees have been very rude because they had to stand up and get off their phones to help a customer. I always feel like I’m interrupting their leisure time. On top of that, I typically do a mobile order and I almost always get very little toppings on my sandwich by using this checkout method. My sandwiches are typically haphazardly and carelessly thrown together. On top of this, the app makes you choose a tip when you place your order, so there have been half a dozen times where I’ve unfortunately tipped a sandwich “artist” that did not deserve it.
I finally decided to give the location on Creedmoor a try, and I would highly recommend that to anyone wanting Subway. The staff on Creedmoor are way more pleasant to interact with and the food turns out better.
Sorry, the place is only getting two stars from me because the owner of the franchise never wants to honor any promotions from the app or even exclusive discount. I would be OK with it. If you were employees made 16 to 20 an hour but no way am I paying $17 for a sub in your employees are making just barely over minimum wage

Love this Subway. It's my home away from home Subway. The staff are very friendly. They stop to speak to everyone who comes in the door. The food is always fresh. BUT, you all have got to get some broccoli and cheese soup! 😊
Horrible experience !!!! no manager at the store, tried to use the restroom and the doors were locked and was told couldnt use the restroom because the manager had the key, but it wasn’t a manager there ! couldn’t get extra onions because Elijah said he didn’t feel like cutting any more, like this has to be a joke right, please get new people with great customer service in there ASAP !

No one speaks English and made my food wrong and told me they could honor a coupon but when we got to the register they wouldn't do it and said I needed to order on the app. Never going here again!
