The staff working in this establishment seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I couldn’t tell if they were sad, tired, or just ready to go home. There wasn’t much interaction between the two workers—just serious faces and silence.

When the guy made my sub, I asked for light honey mustard, light mayo, and light sweet onion sauce, but he still put a lot on anyway. It made me feel like he either wasn’t listening or just didn’t care. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I hope things improve for the team and the customer experience.

We needed to pick up a lunch for a child who was doing a day-long program at a nearby facility on Glenwood Avenue. We ordered the six-inch chicken sub, plus a side order of applesauce and a children's box of apple juice. This restaurant appeared to be fairly clean. The service was OK. Prices are your typical Subway prices, not to expensive.

I just went here and I was trying to ask for more of one specific topping which was vinegar and this man told me he couldn’t give me anymore after barely putting on any which I know was a false statement, as I’ve been to plenty of subways before. This was ridiculous he also had the nerve to continually sigh about making me and my boyfriend’s sandwich’s. This isn’t the type of treatment I expected when I walk into a subway. A disgrace if you ask me. I will be posting about this on my socials.

If I could do a zero rating for this location I absolutely would. I will not be returning in future. Whoever you have working on Wednesday May 21,2025 around 7PM you either need to put them back in a training course or fire them because why….. also, when you ask for extra sauce compared to the one little line they give you and they then respond with oh we can’t do that! Umm yeah okay I’ve had this done at other locations. Both employees one did NOT greet me, then roll their eyes when I correct them about how the sandwich should be made as you have it posted on the sign BEHIND them, and they should already know how to make the sandwiches. They mumble stuff under their breath! Yeah this is not it. I witnessed them being the same way with another customer and her little girl when I came in. The whole experience was wild from start to finish!

Came in at 9:20 registers were already shut down and food was already away. They turned down more than 1 customer. There was a guy and Spanish girl working, the guy literally said to me “we leave out the door at 9:30” like what. Yall are advertised to stay open until 9:30. NEVER AGAIN
