Gm was rude when I asked him if he could remake a sandwich for me which was wrong when I got it and not what I ordered. Didn’t get my money back for it either. Huge rip off.

They say to give a second chance….. well in my case it’s been more than a second time. I have placed app orders with this location only to have them always wrong. I try to give the benefit of doubt, but this is just beyond frustrating. I ordered this time around a Philly cheese steak with just the pepper, onion, cheese and mayo. They added spinach, tomato, cucumber, pickles, black olives, banana peppers and vinaigrette Parmesan dressing, WHAT???!!! Then, I didn’t even get my dressing for my protein bowl, so I ate it with nothing…..plus I didn’t get medium sized drinks, even though I paid for them. Truly this is very frustrating and disappointing to your customers, as you have expectations of getting what you ordered and it being correctly made. If you order from the Subway app, before you leave the restaurant you should check your order, especially before you drive all the way back home.

Bread did not taste fresh. Very little meat on the subs. Employee was not particularly friendly. Floor was under repair do fountain drinks not available. Bottled drink selection was limited.

Usually have a good experience here but pulled up at 8 pm and even though the hours on the door and the internet say open until 9 and the open sign was on, the door was locked and all the chairs put up and employee was mopping. Looked me dead in the eyes and then pretended he didn’t see me. Things come up which may affect service hours which I get but maybe put up a sign or teach your employees not to dodge accountability if that’s the case

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Josh. That is so comforting, I don't even get that sometimes at Moe's and that's their thing. Josh was patient with me, as I had to call home for orders; and honest with his opinions when I asked questions. You don't run into people who love what they do to often, but it seems that Josh does and I am here for it. This will be my Subway from now on.

Employee was having a phone conversation on his earbud while taking my order. Tomatoes were sad looking. Jalepenos were a weird shade of green. Didn't have new ghost pepper bread :( "Eat Fresh" ... go across the street to Jersey Mike's Subs for a better sub and more friendly staff.

I went to pick up my Subway. This old gentleman was packing my subway without any gloves when I asked him he should wear gloves he yelled at back at me saying that do you want the subway or not extremely rude will never come back at this location again

I placed an order for three vegetarian patty footlings from this store, and it appears that they neglected to preheat the patties as it was chilly, and some of the veggies were missing. Though the service was pleasant, the sub was average, so I was a little disappointed and would try to avoid ordering from this store in the future.

Vegetarian options: Have veggie delight and veggie patty option.

Parking: Have plenty of parking throughout the campus.

Wheelchair accessibility: Have pathways for the wheelchair.
