Employee was having a phone conversation on his earbud while taking my order. Tomatoes were sad looking. Jalepenos were a weird shade of green. Didn't have new ghost pepper bread :( "Eat Fresh" ... go across the street to Jersey Mike's Subs for a better sub and more friendly staff.

I went to pick up my Subway. This old gentleman was packing my subway without any gloves when I asked him he should wear gloves he yelled at back at me saying that do you want the subway or not extremely rude will never come back at this location again

I placed an order for three vegetarian patty footlings from this store, and it appears that they neglected to preheat the patties as it was chilly, and some of the veggies were missing. Though the service was pleasant, the sub was average, so I was a little disappointed and would try to avoid ordering from this store in the future.

Ordered online, "Mistake," with footlong and then a small kids meal. When app said it was ready waited a few more minutes and then went in to pick up. Order was still not ready for another 10 minutes and they were not busy, two other customers.A footlong spicy Italian with spinach tomato and pickle looked like an empty paper towel roll in diameter virtually. Meager would have been allot in comparison of the toppings. Sub looked like a freshly cut loaf by itself, the toppings didn't even separate the cut in the loaf. It had about four thin slices of pepperoni and salami in each half, the spinach tomato and pickle look like it accidentally fell on the sub.It seems it will be my fault for having paid in advance for such a mess and expecting to get a regular order, at least from this location

Weird behaving new staff with little or no interaction. Brought 3 foot long toasted Veggie Patty sandwiches from this store as takeout. Journey home is less than 5 minutes. Sat down to eat straight away only to find patties were ice cold rather than hot or even warm. This is the second bad experience we have had at this store now.

Called in take out order. Said up front we had coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.99. Have used these mailer coupons in the past without issue; as recently as a month ago at this same location without a problem. Anyway, placed order, drove to pick up order. At checkout, cashier scans coupon and it doesn't work; scans again and doesn't work. Manager comes from the back and said Subway coupon system is down and not working at any Subway. I said this was all worked out on the phone during order placement. She repeats coupons aren't working system wide and gives me the option to try and use the coupon another time. Price difference is nearly double, so I simply walk out. Staff was not rude. The takeaway is this is an increasing number in examples of things not working. I believe she could have did some kind of manual override but she didn't present it as an option and I read the room and didn't bother to press it. I just left.
I live a mile away and have been going here since they opened, many different owners but this one straight up said "my store doesn't accept Subway coupons" The sign out front about fresh sliced meats is a total lie!
