I used to love eating here but no so much as of lately. I've noticed the new staff and the change in service and preparation as well. Asked for fresh cookies and the lady assured that they were fresh but they ended up to be a few days old. Won't be visiting this location. This was my third visit since the change of staff and I've been disappointed đ every time.

Usually a great spot. Last time we went the woman behind the counter started making the wrong sandwich, so I let her know and she was extremely rude and talked back to me multiple times saying I requested the wrong sandwich to begin with. Not sure why I would have ordered a sandwich with ham on it when I donât eat meat. We also had to remind her multiple times of the type of cheese we requested. Upon checkout she wouldnât let us use our free sub coupon that said âvalid in storeâ. Poor experience all around.

Wow! I was very surprised when I visited this Subway today and I'll not return. It was a cozy place when we were served by the young girls along with Sirine, Rocio, and the other women... it seems like it's under new management but the boss must be crazy to change a great team that made us feel at home, they were friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. You can't go eat at a place where the boss didn't recognize the girls' work to get your business back on the ground... I'll have to find a new Subway.

I give to them 5 stars because the girls who work in this location are very good in customer service, they keep the place very organized and the food fresh , but I would like to give a 2 start to their boss. I hope he is grateful for the work the girls does in the store they work so hard.

This location: Typically get orders right and on time. I have noticed they skimp on meats and veggies if you don't tip in the app. Why do you have to tip someone to do their job or get cheated if you don't? They are locking the doors so you have to knock and wait to pick up your order... not sure what that is about??? Subway: pricey for what you get. Long gone are the days of $5 foot longs! Still paying about $9 when you get bogo deal on app.

Ordered a sandwich and personal pan pizza for delivery. It charged around $28 to my card. Never got a confirmation email and my food didn't get delivered. Checked the transaction info and it told me which store the payment went through. Called the number on Google and it said the voicemail box wasn't set up. My husband went to the store and showed them the transaction. They refused to make the order and told him to dispute the transaction. Seems crazy, considering it was on their website that the order was placed. Terrible customer service.
After doctor appointment, went for lunch. One of the cleanest, and friendly, and fresh subway I've been to. In Raleigh, and I'm from Wilson.

It's a Subway .. so the food and atmosphere are much like every other Subway. What sets this location apart from all the other Subways are the girls behind the counter ! Fast and friendly! Outstanding service every time I'm here ! Keep up the good work ladies ? you ALL deserve raises !!
