Keep in mind that this Subway is owned by new people, so any negative reviews 3 months ago and before should be thrown away, since it’s not fair to the great people who run it now. This Subway is fantastic, the lady who regularly works there is always very nice and their subs are great. I can’t say the same for many Subway’s I’ve been to in the past few years. I’ve been going to Subway’s from when I was a kid, and these days many skimp on ingredients where you feel like you’re mostly eating bread. This Subway makes a great sandwich and the staff is nice! Very clean location and well organized.

Staff need better training on the menu.

After spending an hour unsuccessfully on the app to owner Eddie Saab for $6.99, I went to the store and hoped that the woman working there would take pity on me. Of course she didn't. I came home and ate a TV dinner 😡

This is the most important review you’ll read about this place and I hope this employee reads this and remembers my face when she inevitably gets fired.

At approximately 10:30am 3/1/2025, so if any managers are looking at the schedule, you know who it is, it was an older woman who was serving me for proof. I walked into this Subway and despite it being completely empty, I had to wait about 20-30 seconds for someone to approach the counter. No big deal, I was in no rush. I ordered the two subs I usually get for me and my fiancee. Everything was normal when putting the meat and cheese on the sandwiches until we got to the vegetables, in which I noticed she was putting in very low effort. But this wasn’t the only problem. I accidentally forgot to put salt and pepper on my fiancees sandwich and let her know and she for some reason put it on my sandwich also, which I made it clear not to. Oh well, it doesn’t make that much of a difference. Then when finishing my own sandwich at my normal pace, she literally told me to “hurry up.” I was laughing in my head because of how absurd it is to tell someone to “hurry up” when the operational model for Subway relies on customization of the sandwich on an ingredient-by-ingredient basis. Like, maybe I was considering trying something new, but I’m sorry for being a burden to your empty restaurant. She also only half-way cut both sandwiches. If I did this at any of my jobs, I'd be kicked to the curb in a week, I think I've seen this woman here for years which just goes to show how little business's care nowadays...

Please avoid this place at all cost and maybe the leadership will realize that Subway requires employees to pay extra attention to customer’s needs.

Compliments to the person manning the stall today. Paid a lot of attention to ensuring the bread was well toasted and cleanliness of the place. From the food, to the restaurant to the washroom even.

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the person manning the place. But this was worth calling out.

Any more, it seems that Subway gives you less and less meat in the sandwiches. Their value has diminished to me. It seems over priced.
