Mina was extremely rude and disrespectful never coming to this place again and i will be speaking with corporate about her and her attitude she had for no reason wanted to just simply get a sandwich and her way of talking to me telling me i didnt even enjoy my sandwich

What a horrible experience. The customer service is awful. The only employee that was in the store was clearly untrained and did not know how to make the subs that were clearly displayed on the store menu. He was also wearing earbuds. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this Subway. The manager/owner of this store should be embarrassed.

Terrible staff and the worst customer service you can get in the area. You can clearly see the staff don't want to be working here. They don't even greet you nor they give you the receipt. Definitely we will not be returning to this place.

Just went there to order a couple sandwiches and I was telling this guy some instructions about my sandwiches and he had his both AirPods in his ears n couldn’t hear anything of what I was tilling him ,, he didn’t pay attention I feel so “disrespectful and disappointed” this guy got to my last nerve .. he was adding wrong cheese on the 4 sandwiches and the wrong toppings and it was just a mess the whole order was a mess

Best Subway in Raleigh. Always giving you more than enough and if you ask for double they actually make it worth the extra charge. Always come to this Subway.
