I wanted a refund on an item I didn't get in my order and they said they would only give me the item no refund. What insanity is this?

I made an order last night online. I payed to get sliced avocados which is an extra fee and I didn’t get any in my sandwich. I also bought 2 cookies and only received one. They need to either train the workers there better or pay more attention to peoples orders. Besides that… the location is clean and well organized. Just upsetting to get home, happy to eat your meal and have something missing. ?

I used to love this location and go here religiously The manager was always super nice! I don’t know what changed but he’s super rude and dismissive now and treat his employees and customers wrong! And the food has not been hitting here at all I decided to go in there because it was close I just needed 2 plain breads I was willing to pay the full price and the nice lady was going ring me up and he got mad and said he don’t sell the bread… I brushed off his negative attitude and went to avent ferry road and was not disappointed they gave me my bread with no hesitation and with a NICE ATTITUDE charged me for two veggie delite subs and kept it moving Would have felt better if he said no in a nicer way with out literally shooing me away like im some insect Anyway go to avent ferry everything is actually fresher than lake wheeler and it’s 3-4 minutes away

The man working here is rude. He was going way too fast. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying. He was trying to dress two sandwiches at once and nearly messed up our order. It was like we were an inconvenience to him and he was rushing us out. He needs to slow down.

Exit plan before enter:waste of time and energy to even communicate with this sub way staff :I pre after,even consent app offer but they lied and care more then review ,good will,they don't care don't give them dem,waste their time,Attorney jnrl have form to fill out but save time and let subway waste the rent,don't go there.customer&frenchise and staff allows it by complecite.just do not give in and don't waste .WORST ? EVER? ????? .employee repeatedly gave run a round owner don't give dam fault language,past bed review of sex noise in restaurant. Keep doing more honest reviews, don't back off their harassment speak to authority of their third class business behavior.stay there till they waste their rent and or fix the issue at reasonable standard person ,.DONT LEAVE.

Subway on Lake Wheeler rd, Raleigh, is awful. Absolutely not one customer in the place, I placed and paid for order online and it wasn't in the pick up area. So, I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to see an employee, once he came out of the restroom he proceeded to the back without acknowledging me. The when I ask about my order, he looks at the ready sandwich behind the counter, asks my name and I told him, then he wants me to describe what foods had been ordered. And ultimately ended up kind of slamming the food down on the counter in front of me. By the way I prepaid and included a tip, therefore I will no longer give any tips in advanced.
