I made an order last night online. I payed to get sliced avocados which is an extra fee and I didn’t get any in my sandwich. I also bought 2 cookies and only received one. They need to either train the workers there better or pay more attention to peoples orders. Besides that… the location is clean and well organized. Just upsetting to get home, happy to eat your meal and have something missing. ?

I used to love this location and go here religiously The manager was always super nice! I don’t know what changed but he’s super rude and dismissive now and treat his employees and customers wrong! And the food has not been hitting here at all I decided to go in there because it was close I just needed 2 plain breads I was willing to pay the full price and the nice lady was going ring me up and he got mad and said he don’t sell the bread… I brushed off his negative attitude and went to avent ferry road and was not disappointed they gave me my bread with no hesitation and with a NICE ATTITUDE charged me for two veggie delite subs and kept it moving Would have felt better if he said no in a nicer way with out literally shooing me away like im some insect Anyway go to avent ferry everything is actually fresher than lake wheeler and it’s 3-4 minutes away
