Very rude staff the don’t know how to process coupons. Online ordering has been off for five days now I’m really starting to think that they did that on purpose because you can process your coupons online but not in their store. When it comes down to Subways Restaurants this one is the far worst one I ever been too.

I order a footling and I only got 2 slices of ham , 6 pepperoni and 6 salami. I’m like wow. I could have made a better sandwich for $10.

First off, the man behind the counter was beyond respectful to every single person there. Even to the dude who was on his phone the entire time he was placing his order.He was quick and went about my order to the tee. He smiled and was beyond humble. The man was a machine.I asked him where he was from and he said with a happy tone "Egypt!". When I read these reviews which degrade this first generation immigrant, it makes me sad. We need to be more welcoming and understanding of what this man and his family are going through.Btw. I got one of the simplest things on the menu. Meatball marinara. It slapped. He even offered me extra sauce without me even asking.Don't listen to these people dramatizing their experiences here. It's a Subway folks. Stop acting like you're going up to an authentic deli in NYC.شكرا لك

It's a subway on the other side of downtown Raleigh Fayetteville st. Now at first the guy told me I I could only pick a specific sub when I clearly had a coupon buy ANY FOOTLONG and get the Second FREE, I had just from the first subway on Fayetteville st. They did it but I didn't like his attitude but this one I just knew I would have the same problem but his co-worker a little short lady she was an angel she is the reason I'm giving her subway 5 ? thank you! Again I'm not referring to the subway on Fayetteville st. It's the other on by the bank across from BENNYS PIZZA

The cashier needs to learn how to use the scanner for payments and coupon codes. I didn't have any cash on me and she didn't know how do whatever on the register to allow me to pay by scanning my phone. NOT TO MENTION she did not want to scan and/or honor my 15% off coupon. It just leads me to believe that the franchise places feel like their losing something by giving discounts but clearly they're losing more. They're losing me as a customer. Then she charged me $19.90 for 2 cold cut combos with bacon..... this place must make their own prices because I normally pay around $17 for this. I don't care if it's just a few dollars. It's my money. I won't be back at this location
