Ordered on the app and they didnt put the cheese, spinach, or baja . Went back and first they said "the pepper jack is extra" and that "you didnt pay for it " ?? So I asked what about the spinach and baja ? "thats not how the sandwhich comes" ??? Its on the receipt. When I ask for my money back , they stare at me with this dumb expression on their face like now they dont understand me. Had to call chase to get the charge removed.

I ordered here off door dash and they messed up my whole sandwich, then acted like they didn’t understand what I was telling them & even heard a lady chuckle about it when he was looking into my order . I had to get my bf to drive me 20 mins due to them being the only ones opened. & I’m allergic to bacon & due to them messing up my sandwich , I ate something I don’t suppose to eat . & on top of that I’m pregnant and can’t eat it during my pregnancy. Thank you so much subway .!

While I like they have drive thru at this location, unfortunately the service is very poor. The employees do not speak English very well. I've had multiple bad experiences of the employee not speaking clear English and getting my order completely wrong. I often don't notice until I drive away. Please hire English speaking employees. Also, the new wraps that Subway has changed to are terrible, much worse than the previous ones. That's just my opinion. But I one change I think can be made of hiring people who are nice and speak English.
