I always go here to order. At times it’s a hit and miss. I am respectful and polite, and I leave tips everytime. It’s just a lady name Judy( assuming a manger) , I explain to her what I want, she has a smirk, and a look of disdain on her face, yet and still I am polite and explain what it is I want, as she is fixing the sandwich, she walks away and is gone for a good 2 minutes. Now I know things happen, but today is Sunday, no one is in line but me , two workers were there and she just left and disregarded a customers order. I will not recommend this location if the same personnel is working, very incompetent and rude. I’m taking my hard earned funds to else where

I have been to this Subway multiple times. Each time the subs are made the way I ordered them. The service is fast. The place is clean. There's plenty of parking outside.

The employees working here now shows some kinds of attitude for no reason!
This place doesn’t have veggie patty online but they have it available in-store. Upon talking to them, I figured out thag they could switch it with some other order of the same price but these days they don’t understand English properly and this inhibits them from doing so.
Owner needs to update veggie patty online and also need to look into the customer services.

Horrible service. The server was rude and the serving size was way too small (literally 3-4 onion slices and green pepper slices). The server limited the number of sauces to 4 and refused to add extra veggies.

Not recommended! The young girls in that store have no sense customer service, no smile, cold shoulders, they seem like lazy. The worst thing is I had to diarrhea once I eat their subs yesterday . It look like somthing is wrong no hygine .

The only subway that I would ever go to is 3130 integrity Dr garner nc 27529
This location won't take coupons, well at least not as the coupons are printed, they have their own limitations as to what you can order with them.To me their sandwiches are not worth paying full price, there are other sub options that are so much better .

The hispanic lady with the bleached hair tried to scam me out of my money. She upcharged me for cheese on my sandwich. All that I ordered was a Spicy Italian with no extra of anything. She said they now charge for the cheese that is on the Spicy Italian. She refused to remove the $1 for the regular amount of cheese that comes on the sandwich. This is the only sandwich I have eaten at Subway for the past ten years. They are so unfriendly at this location.

We stopped in to order a sub but everything on the bar looked dead. Lettuce was turning brown, tomatoes were in bad shape amongst the other veggies. There were also gnats that flew out a container when the lid was adjusted. We asked if they had better lettuce in the back as that was the only topping we were getting for the sub and the guy said the lettuce in the back is the same. We left.
