I usually don’t do reviews but I’m so mad! I placed an order for curbside delivery! My order was ready at its time. I waited 15 mins after the said “curbside time”. I called the store and said, “I have a curbside that was ready at 6. The girl answered and said, “uhh I don’t see that. I then said it says curbside on my phone.” She replied, “uhh I’m not sure where I see that on our end.” So I got out the car and went in even though I was parked right in front of the door. I walk up to the front and say, “I i have a curbside order.” The other girl in the back grabs my bag that must have been sitting there since 6 and here it is 625 and brings it to me. While the girl who previously answered my call says, “I don’t see curbside.” So I showed her my phone! Grabbed my bag and walked out! Just horrible customer service! They didn’t want to bring my food out! I won’t be going back. Why am I ordering curbside and patiently waiting when they made me come in! Curb side means… curb side!

They have it clearly posted that you can get a 2 cookie and a drink combo for $3.79 yet I was charged for them separately when I ordered the combo. When I went back up after seeing my receipt to have them refund the difference, I was told that they aren't doing the combo anymore for cookies or chips despite it being advertised. I clearly ordered them as a combo so I can only assume they are charging everyone separately for them to make an extra 50 cents per combo.

The food and service was great! I even had a nice side bar conversation with the employee, in which he initiated. My only complaint are the random people hanging around outside, seemingly doing nothing. It made me hesitant about approaching my car. One individual actually came into the store while I was ordering and asked if I could order him a steak and cheese footlong on white! The employee preparing my food, compensated for the trouble by giving me a free macadamia nut cookie. In spite of the bad company I experienced, I’ll still support this business. You can’t beat good food and conversation.
