Went to try the new Festive Turkey and wound up spending about 5 minutes trying to explain what stuffing is to the 2 employees working. There are pics of the new sandwiches all over the store but they absolutely had no clue how to make it or even what stuffing is even after I showed them a picture. They couldn't comprehend what herb stuffing was so eventually they said they were out of the ingredients. Need to be better trained.

Bad service, very rude, wouldn't accept a coupons, did not pay any attention to the request for how I like the sub,and as he served it was of the tray spilling out it's content
Had amazing experience today! Manager This morning Mr. Rod was very professional and understanding on all aspects of a sub proteins nutrients. Just amazing experience Subway on Poole Road. Your are doing very well!

This was the best sub I have ever had! This was so good it was well above the average Subway sandwich rating. Rod was very pleasant and friendly. You can see the sparkle in his eye when you talk to him. I will be coming to this location specifically from now on.

This location is terrible with terrible customers service from staff to manger Sam. They can't read online tickets correctly. Less doesn't mean more. They don't cook the bacon when you ask for your bread not to be toasted. I was told to bring my sandwich back for a remake. When I got there they told me that they ran out of bread and the bread they had left was burnt. Told me to come back tomorrow. Went the next day the manger Sam told me he just threw the brunt bread out (from last night so y'all use the same bread from the day before instead of fresh bread). He had a nasty attitude. When I asked for a cooperate number he laugh and said he didn't have time. Well I have time today. One of the worse locations in the area. They leave kids in the store so if anything goes wrong you have to wait another day. He told me to come back on Monday for an order I place Friday night.

I usually don’t do reviews but I’m so mad! I placed an order for curbside delivery! My order was ready at its time. I waited 15 mins after the said “curbside time”. I called the store and said, “I have a curbside that was ready at 6. The girl answered and said, “uhh I don’t see that. I then said it says curbside on my phone.” She replied, “uhh I’m not sure where I see that on our end.” So I got out the car and went in even though I was parked right in front of the door. I walk up to the front and say, “I i have a curbside order.” The other girl in the back grabs my bag that must have been sitting there since 6 and here it is 625 and brings it to me. While the girl who previously answered my call says, “I don’t see curbside.” So I showed her my phone! Grabbed my bag and walked out! Just horrible customer service! They didn’t want to bring my food out! I won’t be going back. Why am I ordering curbside and patiently waiting when they made me come in! Curb side means… curb side!
