Terrible! The vegetables they were giving the day I went were FROZEN and had went bad! The worker could've cared less and still sold it like that. Honestly if you wanna work at least do things right! If its not your type of job, get out and go somwhere else! Food should be appreciated and be given well. 🙄

0 for 2 on me and my wife’s orders. Contacted the manager or owner (not sure which) through the subway app to get a refund (or a partial refund, or at the very least maybe a coupon) and got an email that they would share our experience with the staff and they can’t wait to see us again soon! “You get what you pay for” but we in fact did not get what we paid for. If you’re reading this, please go to a different subway, it’s for your own good.

Worst service ever. I called about a mistake on my sandwich, no one answered the phone it’s late by now and I can’t return to the store. I call the next morning asking for replacement because they put the wrong type of mustard and no extra lettuce as asked for on the online order, they said come in so I do and by then the manger is gone and they say they can’t replace my sandwich without the receipt or the actual sandwhich to show proof. So stupid it’s not my fault my sandwich wasn’t made right the first time and no one answered the phone the first time I called so this could be fixed. Will never come here again!

the food is pretty good like all Subways. Be careful around this location-it is very unsafe. The restaurant is part of a shopping area that needs a major remodeling or a bulldozer to start over and it needs much more security around here.

I don't usually talk down about Subway but the young Latino guy who served me had a nasty attitude. Instead of focusing his attention on me; he continued talking to the woman stocking up while he was fixing my sandwich. When it came time to put my toppings on the sandwich and I asked for tomatoes; the guy put some fresh ones on it but was about to put one on my sandwich that didn't look so fresh. I stopped him and told him to put a fresh one on it instead of the one he was gonna put on there. His response was "They're all fresh" I told him that "The tomato he was gonna put on my sandwich didn't look fresh at all to me and I didn't like my tomatoes to look like that." I don't think the employee is supposed to speak to customers as if they are stupid. I know the difference between fresh and not fresh. So, when I paid the guy did not get tipped for his lack of customer service. When I got home, my napkins were crumpled and bunches up in the bag. I know that the napkins are always placed inside the bag neatly. So, I am sorry to say that I was not happy with the service I received from this restaurant.

Everytime I come here, your workers are sitting on their phones facetiming or watching videos, today I came by on my lunch break and the door was locked. When I was starting to walk away the girl came up and unlocked it rolling her eyes and had a horrible attitude. Do better and if you don’t like your job then leave it.

The meatball sauce was burnt. It was cooked and used so many times that it was brown. They don't change the sauce but add meatballs to it day after day. I think they are sloppy because of the area they serve.

Rude customer services coming from a immigrant, would not allow me to use two coupons and my child was in the car. I always tip. I will never step foot in that place again. Went to garner station blvd as I normally do and they gladly rang up my order separately and I gave a good tip. HENCE WHY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS. Even got a email with more rewards. Customer service is how u keep ur low wage job.

Steak and cheese - steak was cold, cheese cold, bread was old. ?‍?. Why did I do this to myself? Wet, sloppy and no napkins. ?. Lady was polite enough, but… maybe the training? Complete waste of money. I should have known.
