Came in to grab a comfort sandwich at 8:30 am which I now is early but the hours online and the sign at the store said they open at 8. The guy just shook his head at me through the door and said he’s not opening until 9.

Two hours after open time and lady has the door locked, stocking drinks with the lights halfway on. No sign saying they are closed. Unprofessional. Wouldn’t even answer the phone

I had an outstanding experience at Subway today, thanks to the amazing service from Daniel. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcomed. His attention to detail while preparing my sandwich was impressive—he made sure every ingredient was fresh and perfectly layered. Daniel was efficient and took the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The store was clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and Daniel truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend this Subway location!

Stop by at 8:50pm tonight , 2 workers closed store early so they get off early. I had $120 worth food to buy. They shut store down early. How disappointing the young people in America .

Horrible location don’t waste your time go else where! I’ve given this place a few tries and every time it gets worst! Won’t be returning. from being over charged and told they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day because the supervisor wasn’t there so to make it simple I told them to make the extra sandwich they charged me for. Every time I do online orders for pick up through their app there’s an issue. First I order a bottle drink and paid more for it and when I get there I’m handed a cup and told I could only get a fountain drink or I would have to pay more money to get a bottled drink but I already paid for a bottle drink in the app the worker refused to give me a bottle drink. I let that go then I get the wrong bread everytime. The sandwich is just not what I asked for at all from sauces and toppings. Then I don’t get the cookies I ordered and my foot long cookie is a total different cookie than what I asked for. If you dare go here check your food before leaving and check your receipt if you’re ordering in store.

The two gentlemen that helped us this evening were awesome. I haven't had subway in a long time and the menu was different but these guys were patient and honestly I had a good experience. The ultimate BMT I had was very nicely assembled and it tasted really good. the restaurant itself seemed clean and well-lit and everything looked pretty fresh.

If you got a coupon, don’t come here. Save your gas and money at another subway (The one on capital likely doesn’t accept either) leaving me with the one towards Wake Forest. It’s definitely a management choice to deter those using only coupons or something.

Came here to say very disappointed because I have subway often but this location lacked in quality of taste the the sub did not taste good at all the taste wasn’t like I was eating subway at all it’ was weird

The service is beyond disappointing I came in about 30 mins ago and was served by a guy wearing his hood while on the clock. I asked for a footlong flat bread and was given a 6 inch wrap which I can’t blame him it’s hard to hear over the hoodie ….. when the other man on duty came out and I asked for my food to be remade he had a attitude and told me my food was made correctly …riddle me this in the pictures below if this is the picture on your site why is this what I was given . Do they look even remotely close .

Walked in at 8pm was asked if I had a pickup which I didn’t. Then tells me they have no bread. How does a sub place not have bread? But if i had a pickup things would’ve been different? Just dumb

Ordered 2 subs. When I got to the register I asked for 2 cups of water to go with my food."We don't do cups of water"I thought he was joking so I asked again. He again said no. The manager was there. He also confirmed that they "don't do cups of water."I didn't ask for it for free. Just wanted water.How can you just not let your customer have a cup of water at a restaurant?Makes no sense. Won't be back.
