ZERO stars. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. No one speaks English, they accept online orders but then say they can’t receive them in the store and won’t refund your money and the food is always subpar. Drive across town if you must have subway - this place should be shut down.

If you are goin to restrict the usage of a store coupon, please post signage so l wont waste my time and yours instead of trying to bait and switch me. I went through the process ordering a #10 on white, no cheese, not toasted. I get this all the time. I got to the register and handed the gentleman my coupon. He tells me he can't take it. Only subs from the white board, not green. How was l supposed to know this. Ok now we go BACK to the top and do this process again cause you will not bully me into not using my coupon. I don't care what you do with that #10 cause you should have posted your restrictions. I use my coupons all over NC and have only had an issue 1 other time but they resolved it correctly because they were not in compliance. This location did not handle it correctly, as a matter of fact the gentleman that made my first sandwich walked off and refused to make my 2nd sandwich and walked off to the back. Not good service but no problem l won't patronize this location again, l will go to Steves hot dogs if im on this side of town....and l still left a tip for the young gentleman that did help me.

I ordered the foot long (6) “The Boss” on Italian Herb and cheese bread ? and I’ll say it beat my expectations. But the service was not so great. Dude had one of his iPod pro earbuds in and was so concerned about his phone call vs fixing my order. First and last at this location.

I visited this subway as it was convenient, due to being next to the hotel. When I ordered the restaurant was dead, not a soul inside. When ordering they are advertising freshly sliced meat, but the meat was coming out of plastic wrap, not sure how that is. There was two workers (appeared to be a couple) they were on the phone speaker with consistent yelling causing it to be an unpleasant experience while dining in the dining room. Restaurant was clean, and neat.

Don’t get me wrong, I love subway. But my school was just evacuated for a bomb threat and me and my mom thought subway sounded good to eat after how hard today was. We were there for about an hour after our app not working, and they refused to make our food again or give the money back. Leaving my mom pretty much in tears almost. Subway do better next time. Absolutely stupid.

Fast food places get notoriously bad ratings. High volume. Only the disgruntled post reviews. My experience. The place was clean and bright. No trash lying about. Tables and drink area were free of soil. The food prep area, also clean and tidy. The bread and the lettuce were fresh. The sandwich was good. The staff were quick, friendly, and prepared my sandwich exactly as requested. In other words, exactly what you would hope for in a GOOD Subway experience.

Came today 7-5-23 at about 445 pm. The older Latino guy made my sandwich, he understood everything I said throughout. He wiped the mustard covered knife right on top of my bread where my hand would go to clean off the knife then wrapped it up. I asked why he did that, he passed the sandwich to the young Latino girl and walked to the back. I told her to ask him why he did that, they both began playing the no habla card. I told her to cancel the transaction, he was saying stuff in Spanish that I believe was insults. I'll never come here again, and I work local so you could've had a lot of business from me.
