my favorite sushi spot in Raleigh. If you can get it, get the Chirashi! Best thing that they have. The restaurant is a little small, and usually if I’m not sitting in the restaurant the quality isn’t as good for some reason (they have a hotel lobby seating). Not sure if that is because the quality goes down when there’s more people? Either way, it is always incredible.
It was our first time here yesterday. The sashimi was amazing.
We also tried the rolls — everything was good, but I definitely recommend the sashimi.

- Crunch Salmon Roll: 0.5/5. The pickle radish and ponzu sauce does not resonate with the salmon at all. There’s only sourness when chewing.
- Shrimp . Not crispy, probably oil temperature too low/fried time overdue.
