Atmosphere was impressive, the restaurant was clean and interesting. The servers were prompt, friendly and engaging. Menu choices were enticing~ many healthy options! We enjoyed the edamame and Takatiki tuna ($17) for starters. My daughter enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls but I did not think they were flavorful. We ordered 2 BOGO sushi rolls at 19$ each- they were fresh, tasty and each good portions overall but too heavy on the rice: fish ratio, served with an attractive garnish...

We always have a great experience at Sushi One. The ambience is really relaxing. The food is really good and it's always presented. Well. The service was also really great for it to be Valentine's Day.
