Sweet Frog

Went on 5/24 after celebrating a birthday and there was a child, not being watched, who was touching the bottom of each spout, licking her finger, and touching another. I mentioned it to the staff member. She walked over to look then went back to the register. It was prior to 6 pm so I can only imagine how many more people came in after the child licked each machine. How do you sanitize that without shutting the business down? I won’t ever go to this location again.

Taste is good. Went with large soccer group and there was already another group and the staff attended us great. However, bathroom was not too clean and when I advised a staff that the ladies room was in a bit of a mess due to someone having an accident, he remarked under his breath and was already seemed in a mood when I came up to him (as if I was bothering him). One thing did bother me was I was in line with other girls and the same man came out of the employee door adjusting his pants. Was inappropriate to be done in public especially with girls around.

The food itself is great but the workers are always so mean. I greet them they didn't even greet me then they watch me getting my yogurt like it's coming out of their check. It's ok though it makes the experience funnier

Sweet Frogs is almost always good. And this is no exception. However. I give it 4 stars because the price is getting just too high. Much higher and it will be off my list, good or not. $20+ is getting just a little to much for a couple of small yoghurts.

I have been here many times everything looks and taste great.
Today all I smelled were cleaning chemicals which override my tastes buds! It smelled do strong it was way over powering! On a Friday just after 2pm. We could not sit inside!!! Even sitting at a table outside you smell it then someone opens the door. Please tell this young people not to do this! Turns off customers and customers you need.
I just can't tell you what it does to someone who is allergic to these heavy smells.

It's really good and clean just need a little more flavors.

Phenomenal froyo! amazing toppings, great customer service, & always very clean inside:)

Lots of frozen yogurt choices and tons of toppings available.

Not many of these places left around town which is surprising because they always seem steady busy (at least on weekends).

Disappointed when staff was shutting down inside seating at 830pm when they don't close til 9pm.

A cozy little froyo spot with endless possibilities self-serve machines lined up with flavors ranging from fruity to decadent, and a topping bar that’s pure temptation. From fresh fruits to cookie crumbles, the choices are overwhelming in the best way possible. 🍦

Love their New York Cheesecake flavor - creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness . And then came the real challenge: Toppings toppings toppings ! Because let’s be honest, we wanted them all.🎶 “I’m just a girl”🎶 trying to make an impossible decision. 🤣

Sweet Frog exceeded my expectations! They had a wide variety of fun yogurt flavors, and the setup was super organized, making it quick and easy to get in and out. I especially loved all the topping options—there was something for everyone! Plus, they had all the nutritional info available, which is great for anyone keeping an eye on their intake. On top of all that, it was quite affordable compared to other froyo spots we’ve tried. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good yogurt you pay by the ounce

I love froyo so very much! It is definitely my go to desert and my guilty pleasure. I love that you can chose the flavor and toppings. It's pricey but worth it!

I will never visit this location again. The workers look at you as if you’re crazy. Don’t like to speak and have bad attitudes

Very clean and well kept. The flavors are good and all the toppings are listed. Very nice seating inside too. Ask them for sample cups if you want to try a flavor.
