Good location but they are always packed if you go during the evening or on the wknd. Overall, a nice place. They have nice flavors.

Nice attentive staff. Extremely clean and well kept. Great flavor options and topping bar. Great atmosphere and can't beat the price

OMG! this place was amazing.

This location does not do No Way Wednesdays!! I’ve never been to a Sweet Frog that doesn’t do this. Also struggled with getting them to honor our first responder discount. Employees started packing up and putting yogurt away an hour and fifteen minutes before closing, and then rolling eyes when families walked in. Giving stars for cleanliness.

Sweet Frog is good. It's usually clean and inviting. I always get the same flavors each time, sometimes I wish there were more selections to try. The machines are never usually down when I go. I love that there is plenty of seating inside and outside. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Pleasant staff, and they answer questions, and get you anything you need. I go here when I'm in the mood for frozen yogurt, but mainly just because it's close.

Looks clean, many flavors and toppings. Froyo taste great.

Price was ok

Courteous and friendly staff. I love the peaceful atmosphere here. I have two little ones who get really excited about coming here. Very family-friendly.

This sweet frog location is a solid choice overall. The flavors are always delicious, and my kids genuinely enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

However, I’ve experienced repeated issues at checkout. The system often glitches or slows down, causing a delay of over five minutes just to pay. Unfortunately, by the time we’re seated, our yogurt has already started to melt.

Aside from that, it’s a great spot for a sweet treat. With a few improvements to the checkout process, it would easily be a five-star experience.

The place has smelled incredibly strongly of cleaning agent both times I’ve been which makes it hard to enjoy your frozen yogurt. The fro-yo is tasty but it’s expensive.

Went on 5/24 after celebrating a birthday and there was a child, not being watched, who was touching the bottom of each spout, licking her finger, and touching another. I mentioned it to the staff member. She walked over to look then went back to the register. It was prior to 6 pm so I can only imagine how many more people came in after the child licked each machine. How do you sanitize that without shutting the business down? I won’t ever go to this location again.

Taste is good. Went with large soccer group and there was already another group and the staff attended us great. However, bathroom was not too clean and when I advised a staff that the ladies room was in a bit of a mess due to someone having an accident, he remarked under his breath and was already seemed in a mood when I came up to him (as if I was bothering him). One thing did bother me was I was in line with other girls and the same man came out of the employee door adjusting his pants. Was inappropriate to be done in public especially with girls around.

The food itself is great but the workers are always so mean. I greet them they didn't even greet me then they watch me getting my yogurt like it's coming out of their check. It's ok though it makes the experience funnier

Sweet Frogs is almost always good. And this is no exception. However. I give it 4 stars because the price is getting just too high. Much higher and it will be off my list, good or not. $20+ is getting just a little to much for a couple of small yoghurts.

Very expensive but good.
